Optical fiber sensing technology has become a research hotspot in the field of sensing in recent years,with its advantages of strong stability,high accuracy,excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference,and excellent security.As a key instrument responsible for demodulating the transmission signal in the optical fiber sensing system,the optical fiber demodulator directly determines the accuracy of the sensing result.At present,there are many types of optical fiber demodulators on the market that use different demodulation principles,but most of them have shortcomings such as lack of demodulation accuracy,inconvenient data processing,and unfriendly human-computer interaction.Optical fiber temperature sensing and optical fiber vibration sensing are two important research areas of optical fiber sensing technology.They are very important technologies in people's daily life and industrial production.Its accuracy and stability are important for normal and orderly production and life.significance.In view of the above problems,this paper combines the work of secondary development of the data processing program of the fiber demodulator into specific temperature sensing and vibration sensing applications.The research results obtained can be summarized into the following three points:(1)Based on the research overview of fiber demodulator in recent years,this paper analyzes the data transmission characteristics of the demodulator and uses the Lab VIEW development platform to carry out a secondary development of the data processing program of the SAI fiber demodulator,and design a Complete sensor data import,read,storage and processing procedures,and perfect its human-computer interaction interface.The experimental verification shows that the optimized demodulator data processing program can meet the real-time reading,processing,and storage of data in actual sensing experiments,which improves the accuracy of the experiment and has high practical value.(2)Aiming at the practical application needs in the field of optical fiber temperature sensing,this paper designs an optical fiber temperature sensing system based on an active ring cavity of an SMS filter.Based on this system,an ideal cavity length sensing structure is designed by analyzing the transmission characteristics through simulation,and combined with the data processing program of the fiber demodulator,the high-precision temperature measurement of 30 ?-310 ? is finally achieved.After experimental verification,the linearity of temperature measurement of the system reaches 0.99972.(3)Research on fiber-optic vibration sensing system based on the combination of fiber demodulator and SMS filter active ring cavity: To meet the actual application needs in the field of vibration sensing,this paper sets up vibration measurement based on SMS filter active ring cavity system.By combining the data processing program of the optical fiber demodulator with the sensing system,the vibration single frequency in the range of 10Hz-400 Hz can be accurately extracted,and the influence of the frequency doubled signal can be effectively suppressed.The vibration response of the system is 0.3pm / ?,and the linearity is 0.9675.
