With the exponential increase of wireless data service,people put forward higher requirements for the transmission efficiency of wireless communication system.The cellular mobile communication system dominated by 3GPP and the Wi-Fi indoor wireless communication system dominated by IEEE are the two main wireless communication systems,and the mu-mimo technology,which is the most effective to improve the wireless communication transmission efficiency,is widely used in these two main wireless communication systems.Since more than 70% of the data traffic takes place indoors,how to improve the transmission capacity of indoor wireless communication has become an important research content of the next generation of Wi-Fi.Therefore,mu-mimo technology has also become the core technology of the next generation of Wi-Fi,and in indoor mu-mimo technology,how to eliminate the interference between users has also become the core problem,in which the use of smart antenna is an important means to eliminate the interference between multiple users.Based on the cooperation project "research on key technologies of the next generation Wi-Fi smart antenna" between the laboratory and a well-known domestic enterprise,this paper conducted in-depth research on the key technologies of the next generation Wi-Fi smart antenna,including:(1)In downlink antenna single AP and multi-user single antenna scenarios,in order to obtain ideal channel matrix,a variety of antenna selection algorithm is proposed,including taking the optimal antenna selection algorithm and polling mode based on the principle of minimum condition number of greedy strategy has been designed antenna selection algorithm and matrix decomposition strategy of antenna selection algorithm,based on the algorithm complexity,channel capacity,and performance improvements in efficiency compared to established by greedy algorithm based antenna selection algorithm,as well as the multiple factors that influence efficiency of channel capacity and performance improvement has carried on the simulation analysis,The variation law of channel capacity and performance improvement efficiency with SNR is obtained.(2)The next generation of Wi-Fi(Wi-Fi 6)Wi-Fistandard mainly use the OFDMA,MU-MIMO technology allows the AP at the same time communicate with multiple terminals at the same time,using the next generation Wi-Fi technology is the first design based on standard 802.11 ax under complete feedback workflow and smart antenna to accurate quantification of time overhead,at the same time to the actual access to appear in the process of the CSI has carried on the simulation analysis,two main error compared with smart antenna selection algorithm is verified to the antenna performance and practical application value.enna in different scenarios is improved by accurately quantifying the CSI feedback.(3)the system simulation platform is designed to simulate the antenna selection performance in different scenarios,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.The research content of this paper has a good supporting role and practical application value for improving the transmission performance of the next generation(Wi-Fi 6)WiFi smart antenna.
