With the implementation of the “Made in China 2025” national strategy,China's traditional manufacturing industry is undergoing a new round of industrial upgrading represented by intelligence.As the link of manufacturing enterprise for connecting upstream and downstream production,its scientific scheduling is of great significance to enterprises in improving transmission efficiency,reducing logistics cost and improving comprehensive competitiveness,in addition,the degree of intelligence often determines the bottom line of enterprise intelligent manufacturing.This paper takes the representative product distribution line of a refined sugar enterprise as the research background,through the research and analysis of product distribution line,it is found that the enterprise has problems of lacking high automation and intelligence degree in the product distribution line scheduling.For example,the product distribution line scheduling strategy is determined by manual decision,and there are subjective factors such as operator experience differences which results in poor distribution schemes;product distribution line scheduling often has distribution errors caused by untimely communication;the problem of unexpected response to emergencies,etc.This paper studies the intelligent scheduling of product distribution lines from three aspects: general product distribution line description modeling,intelligent scheduling algorithm based on multi-factor decision-making and enterprise real environment integration experiment,trying to explore a product intelligent transmission scheduling solution that can be flexibly deployed based on the current state of the enterprise distribution line.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establish a general model of the product distribution line environment description.Each company's product distribution line varies widely and will change frequently,it is necessary to study the general and flexible description method of the product distribution line environment.After comparing and analyzing some existing environmental modeling methods,it is found that the Grid method is better with the characteristics of simple modeling method,saving storage space and easy expansion,and can effectively express the more complex and variable path space.This paper introduces the selection of environmental description model of product distribution line,and improves the adaptability of the grid method which was used in map modeling according to the initial definition of enterprise product distribution line,single line operation,parallel operation and emergency operation.(2)Establish an intelligent scheduling algorithm for product distribution lines.The essence of the practical problem of product distribution line is multi-factor dynamic path planning,with the goal of minimizing the allocation distance,minimizing the allocation time and maximizing the degree of parallelism,an intelligent scheduling algorithm for product distribution line is established.In this paper,the Artificial fish swarm algorithm with the advantages of few conditions,fast calculation speed and low sensitivity to initial parameters is used as the research object.Because of the disadvantages of the algorithm's low local optimal probability and slow convergence rate in the late stage,this paper proposes a scheme to optimize the Artificial fish swarm algorithm by multiple criteria and dynamic congestion factor,and introduces Genetic algorithm to optimize the solution accuracy of Artificial fish swarm algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimized algorithm in the dynamic scheduling problem of product distribution line based on Grid method is verified by experimental data.(3)System design and integration research.Through the detailed analysis of the product distribution line demand of a refined sugar enterprise,an intelligent scheduling management system for product distribution line isdesigned and implemented with the dynamic scheduling algorithms of product distribution line as the core.Finally,the effectiveness of the general environment description model and intelligent scheduling algorithm is verified by the complex product scheduling practice at the production site.This paper explores the general and flexible computer description model of product distribution line,studies the group intelligent path planning algorithm for solving the optimal solution of multiple factors,and carries out transformation and integration research on product distribution line according to the actual needs of enterprises,which has certain reference value.
