Research And Development Of Movie Recommendation System Based On Hybrid Recommendation Algorithm

With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology and the increasing proliferation of existing movie video information,people's requirements for filtering movie information continue to increase.Users hope that they can quickly get movies that meet their preferences in massive video information.In recent years,artificial intelligence has been developing rapidly,and the research on recommendation algorithms has continued to improve.From the initial analysis based on the historical behavior of users to the current recommendation algorithms,users are analyzed and recommended from different dimensions.The development of an intelligent movie recommendation system offers the possibility.Each recommendation algorithm has its own advantages and disadvantages and suitable scenarios,and the recommendation results are also different.This article expands on this point.The innovations are as follows: Fusion the user-based collaborative filtering algorithm with the item-based recommendation algorithm and calculate the recommendation results in real time to complete the innovative hybrid recommendation algorithm,which not only solves the problem of offline calculation of the item-based collaborative filtering algorithm.It also solves the problem of the influence of user-based collaborative filtering algorithms and improves the accuracy of the recommendation system.The random recommendation method is used to solve the cold start problem of users and ensure the stability of the recommendation system.The method solves the problem of too few recommendations in the case of sparse data;the crawler crawls the real data of Douban movies as the data set of the movie recommendation system,ensuring the availability of the system and the authenticity of the recommendation results.Finally,the innovative hybrid recommendation algorithm in this paper is put into a backend movie recommendation system built by springboot.The database uses My SQL database to build a movie recommendation system based on the hybrid recommendation algorithm.
