In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has brought the transformation of industrial production mode.It makes the traditional industrial control system(Industrial Control System,ICS)gradually merge with information technology,and form the industrial control network(Industrial Control Network,ICN)with the characteristic of internet sharing.The Industrial Control Network involves some key fundamental facilities such as military,nuclear power and water conservancy.Safety problems once happened,it will not only reduce the efficiency of industrial production,but also lead to partial loss of the function of the industrial control equipment,and even lead to a series of irreversible catastrophic consequences,such as explosion,endangering national security.At the moment,the global industrial Internet security incidents happen frequently,and from the beginning of the 21 st century to now,it has occurred nearly 2000 attacks on industrial control networks.In the Stuxnet incident,for example,hackers attacked Iran's nuclear power plant,posing a serious threat to the safety of the reactor.Therefore,it is significant to conduct some research on industrial control network security,and some effective defence aiming at industrial control network becomes a hot issue at the present period.The main contents of this paper are as follow: this paper analyzes the framework of the existing industrial control network security protection,and puts forward a model of industrial control network security protection that can meet many optimization objectives.On the basis of the theory of information network security protection,combining the characteristics of industrial control network,the emphasis of industrial control network security protection is clearly defined,and a deep protection system is constructed,which takes the field control equipment,function and information security into account,that is,multi-target industrial control network security protection model.The model further improves the theoretical basis of industrial control network security protection.In order to obtain the optimal industrial control network security protection strategy,this paper based on the NSGA-III algorithm in the multi-objective optimization problem,in view of its convergence and the diversity,the elimination selection strategy and the concentration retention strategy are applied to the original NSGA-III algorithm,and the improved NSGA-III algorithm is proposed,which is named r-NSGA-III.The proposed r-NSGA-III algorithm improves the diversity of understanding sets,while possessing a good convergence with a faster convergence rate.The superiority of the r-NSGA-III algorithm is confirmed by contrast experiments with the original NSGA-III algorithm on the public data sets.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed r-NSGA-III algorithm in practical applications,this paper conducts simulation experiments on the industrial control network production site,using the proposed r-NSGA-III algorithm to solve the optimal security protection strategy for the industrial control network,and provides an application example for the theory of multitarget industrial control network security protection.Finally,the content of the paper is summarized,and the following research work is prospected.
