With the development of computer technology and electronic technology,the performance of image acquisition equipment has been greatly improved.This paper built a binocular stereo vision system based on high-definition network cameras,also studied the binocular vision imaging model and factors affecting measurement accuracy.Part of the factors affecting the quality of image acquisition,in order to achieve image acquisition,correction,image enhancement,feature detection and matching of the binocular vision system,and ultimately achieve the goal of measurement.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:camera model establishment and calibration,binocular model calibration,binocular stereo vision target feature detection and matching method and binocular vision ranging experiment verification.The specific work is as follows:1)Analyze the principle of binocular stereo vision,select binocular stereo vision model,build a binocular stereo vision system based on network camera,and write image acquisition software.2)Analyze the imaging principle of the camera,establish the imaging model of the camera in the space coordinate system,analyze the influence of the error source and other factors,and explore the method of eliminating the distortion reduction error.The imaging parameters of the actual camera are detected by experiments,and the acquired images are corrected by the acquired parameters,and the calibration results are analyzed.3)Analyze the principle of binocular stereo vision,establish a binocular camera imaging model in the space coordinate system,and use the polar geometry theory to realize the calibration of the two cameras under the binocular stereo vision model.The images were collected by experiment and the binocular stereo vision system was calibrated and corrected.The distance measurement experiment was carried out under different conditions to achieve higher measurement accuracy.4)Design experiments to study the effect of binocular vision measurement,build an experimental platform,detect specific targets under different baseline lengths,and achieve high accuracy measurement.The relationship between baseline distance and distance measurement results is verified by data analysis.The causes of errors are analyzed and the factors for improvement are discussed.Through the research of this paper,the distance measurement platform of binocular stereo vision is built,and the feasibility of the algorithm used in this paper is verified.Through theoretical analysis and statistical analysis of experimental data,it is concluded that under suitable conditions,the unmanned ship binocular vision system can detect and measure the target with high accuracy within a certain range.
