Electrochromic devices have been used widely in many aspects such as solar energy because of their intelligence control characteristics of transmittance spectrum of solar light.Because of the shortcoming of leakage and decomposition of liquid electrochromic devices,semi-solid electrochromic devices suffer from problems of package and low cycle.Therefore,all-solid-state electrochromic devices have become one of the focuses of research.The ion-conducting layer is the key to realizing all-solid-state electrochromic devices.However,the research on ion-conducting layer is not enough,and the matching between the films is also not well.In order to make up these disadvantages,TaOx thin film and lithium titanate(LTO)thin film,which act as the ion conduction layer of the devices,are primarily researched,and the devices are assembled on the basis of predecessors'work and their properties are characterized.Specific work is described as follows:(1)TaOx is used as the ion conductivity layer of electrochromic device and was prepared using ultrapure Ta target by DC reactive magnetron sputtering.The effects of deposition sputtering proportions and powers on the structure of these films were investigated.Ionic conductivity and electronic insulation properties of these films were tested in 1 mol/L LiClO4/PC.Finally,TaOx was applied to“ITO/WO3/TaOx/NiOx/ITO”complementary electrochromic devices and found that the devices are lighter in color and more environmentally sensitive.(2)LTO is used as the ion conductivity layer of electrochromic device.The influences of different deposition times,sputtering Ar/O proportions,powers on microstructure and performance of as-deposited LTO films were investigated in system.LTO films prepared in different process conditions were also applied to electrochromic devices.Finally,the optimized condition of LTO film preparation was confirmed.(3)Through the previous research,The complementary electrochromic devices with the structure "ITO/WO3/TaOx/LTO/NiOx/ITO" prepared under the current process conditions have excellent properties.This kind of structure was characterized.The all-solid-state electrochromic device has an excellent electrochromic performance,which contain fast response time,an average optical modulation of transmittance during visible spectrum,pretty open circle memory effect and durability when ±3 V voltage was applied to the device.The average optical transmittance is up to 65%.
