Research On Interpersonal Communication Of Rural Poverty Alleviation Information In Guangxi Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

In 2013,during a visit to western Hunan Province,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave the first major instruction on "Seek truth from facts,local conditions,classification and guidance,and precise poverty alleviation".In 2014,the Central Government formulated a detailed work model for precision poverty alleviation,which promoted the idea of precision poverty alleviation.Since then,all parts of the country have begun to carry out precision poverty alleviation.As an important element in poverty reduction,the effectiveness of information dissemination will directly affect the implementation and effectiveness of poverty reduction.The current research on the dissemination of information on poverty alleviation focuses on the current situation of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas,the innovation and diffusion of e-commerce poverty alleviation and information needs,etc,this paper analyzes the process of poverty alleviation information through the combination of three channels:Mass Communication,organizational communication and interpersonal communication.Based on the perspective of the receiver,some scholars study the influence of the blood relationship and geographical relationship of rural society on the receiver's access to poverty alleviation information,but neglect the process of the dissemination of poverty alleviation information as the disseminator,that is,the poverty alleviation workers.Therefore,this paper focuses on the circulation process of poverty alleviation information in rural interpersonal network.Taking the poverty-relief workers and poor households in k village of I county in Guangxi as the main participants in the dissemination of poverty-relief information,based on the methods of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and Participation Observation,through the study of the flow of poverty-relief information,that is,top-down dissemination and bottom-up feedback of information,selecting the front-line poverty relief workers who are directly connected with the poor households in the flow of information on poverty alleviation as communicators,this paper studies the ways in which the first-line poverty relief workers embed the social network,the interaction process with the poor households and the impact of the network on the poor households'access to information.In addition,based on the results of questionnaire and interviews,this paper puts forward the "noise" in the interpersonal communication of poverty alleviation information and its causes.Finally,I hope that the conclusions of this study can provide reference for the subsequent development of Poverty Alleviation and rural revitalization of information dissemination.
