Internet finance refers to a new financial business model in which traditional financial institutions or Internet companies use Internet and other information technologies to realize services such as financial communication,payment,investment,and information intermediary.Among the explosive growth of wealth management products,how to choose the right products for financial wealth management users and enable Internet wealth management companies to obtain positive feedback has become a hot topic in the field of Internet finance.The existing recommendation method only considers the similarity between users,products and even situations,and ignores the psychology of wealth management users to seek benefits and avoid harm.Therefore,how to balance the income between users and financial management companies,accurately grasp user needs,avoid risks and provide users with appropriate financial management products has become an urgent problem to be solved.The main work and contributions of this article are as follows:(1)According to the usage scenarios and psychology of Internet financial wealth management users,a collaborative recommendation method based on optimal neighbors is proposed to solve the problem of which products wealth management users choose when deciding to purchase.First,the user portrait and product portrait are taken from the two parts of the "user-product"graph relationship from the perspective of profit and risk;then the optimal neighbor users are calculated according to the financial income,and the product recommendation is made using the optimal neighbor's purchase list;finally,the experimental comparative analysis,Verifying that the recommendation method based on the optimal nearest neighbor collaborative recommendation improves the recommendation effect for financial products.(2)In-depth research on the contextual factors of Internet financial wealth management users,put forward a situational awareness-based product portfolio optimization recommendation method,to a certain extent,to avoid financial purchase risks and improve financial income.First,quantify user behavior information and user life patterns,calculate the "user-situation" similarity,and integrate into the optimal nearest neighbor collaborative recommendation;then optimize the recommended financial product sequence through the user's purchase situation,and allocate appropriate purchases in combination with portfolio theory The amount allows wealth management users to obtain greater profits.Finally,the comparison of recommendation effects and economic benefits through experiments proves the effectiveness of the recommendation results of the recommendation strategy and significantly improves the income of the wealth management product portfolio.(3)Implemented an online recommendation system based on Internet financial management products.The frame design of the personalized financial product marketing sub-module and the process of online recommendation are introduced in detail.The effectiveness of the system is verified through the analysis of actual cases.
