With the development of national economy,the market demand of domestic living service industry is expanding,and the major enterprises engaged in domestic service need to complete informatization to improve market competition and standardize enterprise management.The establishment of information platform can not only speed up the process of enterprise management standardization and normalization,solve the urgent needs of the company,but also increase the market competitiveness of the enterprise,which plays an important role in the promotion of the enterprise.However,the domestic service industry has the characteristics of irregular customers and scattered working places.And its market competition is bigger,small-scale customer flow is more frequent.Therefore,the existing information platform in the market is less practical in domestic enterprises.We research and develop a set of practical information platform in housekeeping enterprises.Based on the research background of home service industry,this paper expounds the characteristics of the domestic service market and the difficulties of promoting the information platform in the domestic service industry.The homemaking service platform is analyzed and designed.Based on the agile development and the overall analysis and design of the system,we have completed the development of the "Qingdao Jie Shi Dai information platform".Among them,spring boot is used for the back end,Vue and element UI are used for the web side,dart and flutter are used for the mobile side.The platform includes a background management system,a customer order system and an employee system.The main modules of background management system are enterprise management module,vehicle management module,customer management module,contract management module,order management module,material and tool management module and authority management module.The client side realizes the function of placing order and submitting evaluation,and the employee side realizes the function of receiving order and clock in.In addition,it includes unified authentication,customer churn prediction and a dynamic work scheduling scheme.In the unified authentication system,we use the hyperelliptic curve encryption algorithm and one-time password to improve the Kerberos Protocol Technology for unified authentication.Compared with the similar improved PKINT protocol,the improved PKINT protocol in this paper takes less time.In the aspect of customer churn prediction,in order to solve the problem of low practicability of traditional customer churn prediction model,the model is improved.We introduce the customer character and customer retention value,use the rough set theory to classify customers according to their character,combine the industry characteristics and the actual situation of the company,and use C5.0 algorithm to build a customer churn prediction model.In order to optimize the order process of customers and solve the problem of work scheduling difficulties,a solution DWS-POA is proposed,which is used to solve the dynamic work scheduling problem,and the algorithm is used to replace the manual work scheduling.Based on Hopcroft Karp,we propose a new solution,DWS-POA,to solve the dynamic scheduling problem.This scheme is mainly aimed at the orders of individual customers,and is used to optimize the company's dispatching scheme.In addition,the algorithm and some real-time data can be used to provide customers with optional on-site service time range in real time according to their actual location and expected service time.The information platform developed in this paper has been launched in a domestic company in Qingdao.The preliminary operation results show that the platform can meet the actual needs of the domestic company.Customer churn prediction can screen out the potential customers with retention value.The dynamic work scheduling algorithm can also ensure that the work arrangement is closer and more effective,improve the work efficiency of employees,reduce the time of employees on the way,waiting time and the use of vehicles.
