| With the continuous development of information technology,computer technology and software products play increasingly important role in daily life,and the complexity of software products is also increasing,the impact brought about by software defects is also growing.Improving the quality of software products,reducing defects in software systems,not only need to focus on the management and control of defects in the software development process,but also to discover and deal with the defects exposed after delivery of software product.While traditional defect management system provides excellent defect management capabilities for software development process,but about the defects exposed in the course of use,means of defect collecting is still very unitary,rely mainly on the log information collecting system provided by software product itself,or by user sends an e-mail to inform product problems which lacks of timeliness,and also increases the difficulty of user feedback about defects.Today with the rapid development of mobile Internet,smart devices have a high penetration rate,WeChat as communication software on mobile devices has become an everyday tool,and become the entrance of life services,media information,entertainment,social networking,and other services.Wechat public platform as an open application platform,built on top of the WeChat,relying on WeChat Official Accounts provides a new idea for defect management.This thesis design and implement a defect management system based on WeChat Public Platform,using B/S architecture,Spring,Hibernate frameworks technology.The system combined with defect management and WeChat,via WeChat Official Accounts,provides a channel of software defects feedback for software products users,and through WeChat Public Platform,simplifies the process of submitting defect information by users,and is convenient for users to get information about defects handling,improves the quality of software products. |
