| With the deepening of mathematics curriculum reform,the depth of mathematics classroom teaching activities and the development of students’ core literacy of mathematics are paid more and more attention in our country.These changes have put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of mathematics teachers.The formation of teaching style is one of the important symbols of high professional quality of mathematics teachers.The teaching style of junior middle school mathematics teachers,especially the teaching style of famous teachers,is of great theoretical value and practical significance not only to the summary of the professional development rules of mathematics teachers,but also to the professional development of young teachers.Taking teacher Z,a junior middle school mathematics teacher of S Middle School in H City with rich teaching experience,outstanding teaching achievements and distinct teaching style,as the research object,this study adopts the case study method,supplemented by literature research method,interview method and classroom observation method,and makes a thorough study on the teaching method of the junior middle school mathematics teacher in detail and depth.Firstly,on the basis of the existing research literature and on the definition of the core concept,this paper constructs the teaching style analysis framework of junior middle school mathematics teachers.Secondly,based on teacher Z’s participatory observation materials of classroom teaching,interview materials,teaching and research papers,teaching plans and other related teaching materials,the teaching style of teacher Z is depicted from three perspectives of mathematics teaching expression,mathematics teaching concept and mathematics teaching skills.Finally,this paper makes an in-depth and detailed analysis and summary of the key formation stage of Teacher Z’s teaching style,and summarizes three important inspirations for the professional development of junior middle school mathematics teachers.The formation of teaching style requires teachers to constantly optimize and break through themselves in the long-term teaching practice,dare to innovate and be diligent in practice,and constantly reflect and summarize.It is hoped that this study can have some enlightenment on the professional growth of junior middle school mathematics teachers. |
