After the promulgation of General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),the discipline core literacy has become the hot spot concerned about.The core literacy of biology discipline includes four parts,of which the life concept is called the first of the four elements,thus cultivating students' life concept has become the top priority of teaching.Many teachers have positively responded and endeavored to implement it in earnest,but there are many difficulties in the implementation process.As the teaching resource with great educational value,the biological scientific history not only includes the exploration process of scientists,but also contains the cultural background and scientific spirit of the knowledge learned,which helps students to deeply understand the content they have learned,and sequentially build a knowledge system and form the concept of life..Therefore,this research is committed to the effective combination of "students' life concept cultivation" and "biological scientific history teaching" to provide reference for the majority of front-line biology teachers.First of all,by consulting a large number of relevant literature,we can realize the domestic and foreign current situation of the biological scientific history teaching and the cultivation of the concept of life.Then,during the educational practice period,the front-line biology teachers were surveyed in the form of questionnaires and interviews.The results show that all teachers believe it necessary to cultivate students' concept of life,but some of them lack the understanding of its connotation and don't pay enough attention to the biological scientific history.Even though realizing the educational value embraced in the biological scientific history,they still have no idea about how to effectively combine the two.Secondly,based on the above investigation,sort out and classify the content related to the biological scientific history and the life concept in "Molecules and Cells" of PEP compulsory 1,combine with the sorted materials,aim at the puzzles existing in the present teaching,and further propose corresponding teaching strategies:(1)select science history materials,create real situations,and inspire students to produce perceptual knowledge;(2)along the track of science history,organize and design experiments,and guide students to form initial concepts;(3)integrate the content of science history,encourage exchanges and cooperation,and help students build a conceptual system;(4)review the science history,solve practical problems,and cultivate students to form life concept.Then use the internship opportunity to conduct experiments,and under the guidance of off-campus tutors,carefully design two teaching cases of "the structure and function of the nucleus" and "photosynthesis and energy conversion" according to the teaching strategy and carry out teaching practice.Finally,it analyzes,summarizes and reflects on the practical results,and draws the conclusion that the teaching strategies proposed by the research have significant effects,and it is feasible to infiltrate the concept of life in the biological scientific history teaching.It is hoped that this research can attract the attention of front-line biology teachers,help teachers better use the history of biological sciences to cultivate students' life concepts,and further provide some reference for subsequent related research.
