At present,social organizations not only participate in project implementation,but also participate in project evaluation as the third-party evaluation subject.For social organizations participating in project evaluation,its evaluation system is an extremely important part.However,because China's social organizations started late in all aspects,the evaluation system is not perfect at present,and borrowed from the evaluation system of western countries to a large extent.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly explore and learn to improve the evaluation system through practical actions,so as to promote the development of social organization evaluation towards a more professional direction.In this study,taking organization B' s participation in the evaluation of anti-drug social work projects in S city as an example,the research data were collected by various methods such as data analysis,interviews,field investigation,etc.,and how organization B participated in the project evaluation and what experience and knowledge it gained in the evaluation process were systematically studied.At the same time,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems and causes of the existing evaluation system of organization B in the evaluation process,such as insufficient independence,single evaluation method,evaluation indicators to be operated,inadequate application of evaluation results and untrue and nonstandard evaluation data,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures to further improve the evaluation system of organization B.This study can not only promote the standardization of the future evaluation work of organization B and the objective and fair degree of the evaluation results,but also improve the independence of organization B as the evaluation subject in project evaluation,improve the service quality and capacity building,improve the satisfaction of clients and meet the needs of relevant groups.At the same time,it can also bring certain reference value to relevant government departments and promote the generation of higher social benefits.First of all,this paper is a theoretical innovation,which takes ecosystem theory,principal-agent theory and learning by doing theory as the main penetration points of the paper.Secondly,the innovation of research perspective,starting from the perspective of " learning by doing",participated in this project evaluation through practice,and was in the state of learning by doing.The problems of the evaluation system learned in practice were summarized and reflected,and improvement measures were put forward to promote the improvement of the future evaluation system.Although this paper has done some research on the evaluation system of social organizations,there are some limitations.Because some information of this project evaluation involves confidentiality and some information is missing,the research and analysis of this paper is not comprehensive and profound enough,and needs further improvement.
