The country will prosper if teachers are respected.If we want to revitalize rural areas,education should be developed ahead.Rural teachers shoulder the important task of cultivating talents,cultivate a steady stream of builders for Rural Revitalization;If a gentleman wants to turn folklore into a custom,he must learn from it,Rural teachers are the general promoter of purifying rural social atmosphere;within three foot podium,between square inches,rural teachers are the key factor to ensure that rural students receive high-quality education and all-round development.Therefore,the construction of rural teachers is of great significance and far-reaching impact.The vitality of teachers' profession and the foundation of education quality lie in the development of teachers' profession,which covers three levels: professional knowledge,professional ability and professional belief.Only when rural teachers constantly adapt to the new requirements of the development of the times and develop themselves,can they make a contribution to the development of rural education.Firstly,in order to better promote the professional development of rural teachers,we should explore the weak points at the beginning.On the basis of the relevant research,360 rural junior middle school teachers were randomly selected from Pinghe County,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province.Data were collected through questionnaire survey and field interview.Through the analysis of the recovered data,we can find: The overall development of rural teachers is good.However,there are some problems,such as the need to update professional knowledge,weak ability to carry out subject research,insufficient application ability of information technology,weak awareness of professional development objectives and low enthusiasm for professional development.Secondly,to solve the problem,we must understand its causes in advance.This study discovers the reasons behind the problems in order to provide direction for solving problems,from the perspective of individual,family,school,government and society,combining with the theoretical research of relevant scholars.Finally,this study deals with the relationship between expectation,tool value and titer related to expectation theory,at the same time,considering of internal and external,subjective and objective,individual and group at different levels,put forward proposals as following:from the perspective of individual rural junior school teachers,rewarding for differentiated implementation,enhance the effectiveness of professional development;from the perspective of rural junior school teacher groups,forming group norms,guide teachers' professional development;from the subjective level of teachers,setting reasonable goals,improve development expectations;from the perspective of objective reality,improving career effectiveness,shape a healthy living environment;from the perspective of rural junior scool teachers,establishing assessment mechanism,strengthen the benign flow of teachers;from the external perspective of rural junior school teachers,changing family concept,create a good rural atmosphere.
