Throwing a solid ball with both hands and standing long jump in track and field events are instantaneous outbreaks of the project,very evaluate the strength and speed of the student's quality.At the same time,these two items are also Hebei Province High School Entrance Examination sports.How to improve these two achievements is particularly important.Because of the epidemic in years,most of the time students' study at home through the network,less time for physical exercise,leading to the decline in physical fitness.Augmented training is a training method for developing fast strength,which effectively combines the enhancement of athletes' strength and speed.Based on this,in order to enhance students' physical quality and improve students' sports performance,this study introduces enhanced training methods into junior middle school students' training to study whether enhanced training improves students' solid ball and standing long jump performance.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and expert interview,takes the influence of enhanced training on the performance of solid ball and standing long jump of junior middle school students as the research object,and takes the students of grade 9 of Qian'an No.3 junior middle school as the experimental object.The students of these two classes are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental time starts from September 2021,lasting for a total of 12 weeks,three times a week,using training tools such as mat,platform and small hurdle,the experimental group and the control group were given 12 weeks of enhanced training and traditional strength training respectively.The factors other than training methods should be basically the same.Before and after the experiment,the solid ball and standing long jump results of the experimental group and the control group were tested respectively.Through the measured results,this paper analyzes the impact of enhanced training on the performance of solid ball and standing long jump of junior middle school students.The results show that:The 12-week enhanced training can improve the performance of solid ball and standing long jump of junior middle school students,which shows that it is feasible to increase enhanced training in junior middle school students' physical training.The 12-week enhanced training can improve students' physical quality and muscle endurance.Reinforcement training also has a certain impact on changing students' body shape.At the same time,it is also found that the growth rate of boys' performance is faster than that of girls,indicating that the enhanced training method is more suitable for boys.The growth rate of standing long jump is much higher than that of solid ball,it shows that the enhanced training is more suitable for the projects that mainly rely on the strength of lower limbs.
