The right to speak in teachers' professional development should be equally enjoyed by every teacher.As the subject of speech,teachers use discourse to express opinions and opinions on matters related to their own professional development,maintain and exercise their power of professional development,and discourse is accepted,recognized,fed back and talked about,and has an impact on the recipients of discourse.But in real life,rural teachers' right to speak in professional development has not been well implemented,especially in the power field,rural teachers' right to speak in professional development is in a state of absence.In this paper,according to the theory of Bourdieu social practice and the theoretical basis of ecological orientation of teachers' professional development.To a small rural school as an example,through field investigation,questionnaire and field interview form,to understand the current situation of rural teacher professional development,and then analyzes the formation reason of cause the present situation,and try to explore the return strategy of rural teachers' professional development discourse power,these three parts constitute the framework of this paper.The first part is the preparation of the study,including the introduction,the theoretical basis and the representation of ought to be.The theoretical basis of this paper is Bourdieu's theory of social practice and ecological orientation of teacher professional development.The second chapter discusses the representation of ought to be of teachers' discourse power in professional development: all discourse subjects have discourse consciousness,and the status of discourse subjects is equal,the discourse channels are smooth,the discourse space is open and tolerant,and the discourse system is perfect.The second part is the main body of this study,including the third chapter.The third chapter is the actual representation of the discourse right of rural teachers' professional development.First of all,through literature review,it was found that the right to speak of rural school teachers was basically in a state of absence.Then,through field research,the actual situation of the right to speak of rural school teachers' professional development was learned: in a small scope,for example,the right to speak of teachers' professional development was well implemented among teacher groups.In the scope of schools,the implementation effect of discourse power mainly depends on whether the school conditions can meet the professional development demands of rural teachers;However,in the power field outside the school,rural teachers' right to speak in professional development is basically in a state of absence.Finally,the paper compares the teachers' right to speak in professional development between small-scale schools and ordinary schools.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters.Through the analysis of the actual situation,this paper tries to explore the causes behind the current situation,and gives solutions.The causes are discussed from three aspects: the weak consciousness of rural teachers,the lack of rural school management and the imperfect education system.The corresponding solutions also start from three aspects: rural teachers themselves should have the consciousness of discourse power,the school and the government should improve the management and system for rural teachers to smooth the channel of discourse.
