Online and traditional teaching have their own advantages,single teaching defects are very obvious.Blended teaching combines the advantages of online with the offline.The new era forces teachers to change their teaching behavior,that is,from traditional teaching to blended teaching,but this change will not happen automatically.This requires teachers to have corresponding blended teaching curriculum leadership.The leadership of blended teaching course consists of five parts: cognitive power,planning power,integration power,implementation power and reflection power.Base on these five forces,this study,through questionnaires and interviews,studies the current situation and the reasons behind the leadership of blended teaching curriculum in Wuxing District primary schools,and puts forward corresponding strategies based on these reasons.The results show that primary school teachers lack curriculum leadership in the context of blended teaching for the following reasons: Teacher's perception of the blended teaching course is insufficient,the principal part is not clear,lack of practical action,the lack of independent design ability,teacher capability of network information technology,the lack of network course selection and network curriculum integration ability is insufficient,lack of teamwork,research integration ability is insufficient,lack of guidance teachers on students' learning strategies,Students and parents are not willing to participate,teachers lack effective teaching reflection,teachers are not good at using curriculum standards,teachers lack of reflection on teaching behavior.For these reasons,this study proposes corresponding promotion strategies: To improve cognitive level blended teaching curriculum,teacher's role properly,promote teachers' cognition into action,improve the ability of teacher's independent design,improve teachers' ability of network information technology,training teachers of network course selection ability,improve the integrated ability of network curriculum,promote teamwork between teachers,improve the integration ability of blended teaching and scientific research,organize more practical activities of blended teaching,improve the guidance of teachers' learning strategies,guide parents and students to cooperate with blended teaching,carry out reflection on the whole teaching process,strengthen reflection on new curriculum standards,and strengthen reflection on blended teaching behavior.
