Unit teaching design expands the vision of teaching design from class hour to unit,and carries out unit teaching design under the guidance of big concept.Unit teaching design is under the guidance of the overall thinking,from the perspective of improving students' core literacy in mathematics,to carry out the overall reorganization and optimization of the relevant textbook content,in order to highlight the main line of mathematics content and the relevance of knowledge,improve the teaching efficiency,make "reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency" fall into place,and practice in-depth teaching.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,case analysis method and interview method to study the teaching design of "plane geometry" unit in junior middle school.Analyze the collected cases of "plane geometry" unit teaching design of junior middle school teachers in H City,and interview the junior middle school mathematics teachers to understand the current situation of unit teaching design of junior middle school mathematics teachers in H City:(1)Junior middle school mathematics teachers have different understandings of units;(2)Junior middle school mathematics teachers affirm the value of unit teaching design,but lack of practical experience of unit teaching design;(3)The integrity of element analysis of unit teaching design is not enough;(4)There is no basis for the determination of key and difficult points in unit teaching;(5)the integrity of unit teaching goal setting is insufficient;(6)The teaching method of unit teaching design is single.Based on the above situation and unit teaching design theory,this paper gives the unit teaching design of "plane geometry" in junior middle school,and selects "triangle" and "parallelogram" for class teaching design.Since there is no opportunity to implement the unit teaching design,the experienced first-line junior middle school mathematics teachers in H city give evaluation and suggestions on the unit teaching design:(1)The content of unit teaching design is comprehensive and the structure is complete;(2)The factor analysis is detailed,but too "theoretical";(3)The overall conception of the research path is clear,but it is lack of detailed "explanation";(4)The content of class teaching design is close,which is easy to lead to heavy teaching tasks;(5)The suggestion of creating situations is mainly based on the introduction of "life examples";(6)The design idea of parallelogram is smooth and reflects the relevance of elements;(7)Mix the teaching objectives of parallelogram and shuttle through the teaching.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward for the unit teaching design of junior middle school mathematics teachers:(1)Strengthen theoretical learning and understand unit teaching design deeply;(2)To understand the teaching materials,highlight the main line of units,and construct a reasonable mathematical knowledge system;(3)Integration of unit teaching objectives into mathematics core literacy;(4)Collective lesson preparation and teaching design of seminar unit.
