With the introduction of the double reduction policy,students have reduced the number of off-campus supplementary courses,the amount of homework has been effectively controlled,and a good educational form has been constructed.At the same time,with the advancement of the three-dimensional learning objectives of emotion,attitude and values,cultivating students' positive attitude towards mathematics has gradually become a problem for educators.Junior high school is a key stage for the cultivation of mathematical attitudes.In addition,students in the junior high school stage already have certain cognitive,emotional experience and action tendencies,and have a profound understanding of future mathematics learning.In addition,a good math attitude helps students set clear goals for the future,make corresponding future plans,and also promotes future time insight,thereby better improving students' math performance.Therefore,this study investigated the relationship between mathematics attitude,future time insight and mathematics achievement among junior high school students.This research adopts the questionnaire survey method,takes 660 junior high school students from three middle schools in Xining as the research object,and obtains 628 valid samples.Using SPSS 22.0 to analyze the gender and grade differences of junior high school students' attitudes towards mathematics,future time insight,their correlation with mathematics achievement,and their predictive effect,and to explore the mediation of future time insight between mathematics attitude and mathematics achievement The main conclusions reached are:(1)The mathematics attitude of junior high school students is relatively positive,and there are significant gender and grade differences.Boys score higher than girls,and the first grade students have the highest score,which is significantly higher than that of the second and third grades.(2)The performance of junior high school students' future time insight is better,and there are significant gender and grade differences.The performance of girls is higher than that of boys,and the scores of junior three students are slightly worse,and the scores are lower than those of the first and second grades.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students' mathematics attitude and future time insight,and can predict future time insight.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students' mathematics attitude and mathematics achievement,and can predict mathematics achievement.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students' future time insight and mathematics achievement,and can predict mathematics achievement.(6)The future time insight of junior high school students has a mediating effect between mathematics attitude and mathematics achievement.Finally,based on the above conclusions,specific suggestions are put forward to provide reference for front-line educators and junior high school students.
