With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the concept of education evaluation has undergone profound changes.Examination is still the main way of evaluation,but it has shifted from focusing only on exam results to digging and analyzing big data.The development of computer and information technology,to analysis the relationship of the test data and value provides data and technical support,to achieve "evidence-based teaching",students' exam data is also first-line teachers contact most education,teachers how to use test scores feedback proposition,education quality of teaching,promote the development of the students,the important performance data to become teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the thorough discussion to the teacher examination data analysis ability.Based on this,this article based on the study of literature at home and abroad,the test data and teachers literacy defining the relevant concepts,and based on the education of "test data" big data,from the consciousness and attitude,knowledge and skills,behavior and habits questionnaire data preparation of junior high school teachers,S city Y county junior high school biology teachers in Fujian province as investigation object,understand the current situation of junior high school biology teachers' test data analysis,investigation and interview analysis the influence factors of junior middle school biology teachers data literacy,finally some revelation about data to improve junior middle school teachers.Through the investigation,the following conclusions are drawn: there is a great difference between the self-awareness and the actual situation of junior middle school teachers in Y County,S City,Fujian Province.Biology teachers on the consciousness and attitude are positive,but the knowledge and skills is weak,the data base the teaching staff is significantly lower than the average level of knowledge.At the same time,it is reflected in the low correct rate of the analysis,interview when asked about how to use the test data,a stutter embarrassing scene.Biology teachers' data behavior and habits need to be improved,which is reflected in the fact that junior high school biology teachers are generally accustomed to paying attention to regular data such as ranking,average score,excellent rate and pass rate,rarely use advanced statistical analysis function,and the application of student data system is at the primary level.It can be seen that the data literacy of junior middle school biology teachers is generally low.In the background factor analysis,teaching age,pre-service course experience and on-the-job training experience have significant influence on teachers' data literacy.The teachers with relevant curriculum experience in university and with relevant training experience in on-the-job are significantly higher in knowledge and skills,behaviors and habits than those without curriculum and training experience.Combined with the interview to explore the influencing factors are: less practical training experience and less pertinence;Teachers have traditional ideas,occupational burnout and lazy psychology;The teacher evaluation mechanism is not reasonable and the platform resources provided by the school need to be improved.To some extent,the improvement of the biology teacher examination data analysis level is affected by the influencing factors.Finally,this study puts forward some enlightenment for promoting teacher development: improve the teaching and research mechanism to promote cooperation and exchange;Improve the data literacy training system for teachers in terms of training content,methods and methods;Strengthen teachers' independent learning and practical application;Perfecting the mechanism of teacher teaching evaluation and reward;We will improve the information platform for data.It is hoped that this study can provide factual basis and reference for the improvement of junior middle school biology teachers' test data analysis ability and the cultivation and improvement of data literacy.
