In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of China's education modernization,the relevant departments,schools and teachers pay more and more attention to the problem of teaching reflection.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the key to running ideological and political courses is to give play to teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.As the main force of youth ideological and political education,young teachers in senior high school have been given higher requirements in the new era.The rapid growth of young teachers in senior high school ideological and political education cannot be separated from the routine and systematic reflection of their own classroom teaching activities.The active classroom teaching reflection of young teachers in high school ideological and political courses is conducive to the rapid progress of their own professional quality and the cultivation of students' core quality of ideological and political subjects,as well as to the improvement of teaching quality and the in-depth development of the teaching research in high school ideological and political courses.On the basis of systematically sorting out the research status of classroom teaching reflection at home and abroad,defining relevant concepts,and comprehensively analyzing the theoretical basis and importance of classroom teaching reflection,this paper investigates the reality of classroom teaching reflection of senior high school ideological and political young teachers through questionnaires and interviews,and finds out the existing problems.The specific manifestations are as follows: the content of classroom teaching reflection lacks depth and extensiveness,the way of classroom teaching reflection lacks diversification and innovation,the behavior of classroom teaching reflection lacks initiative consciousness and normality,and the effect of classroom teaching reflection lacks feedback and effectiveness.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the lack of teaching experience and heavy work tasks,the lack of research ability and spirit,the absence of institutional guarantee and incentive mechanism are the important factors restricting the reflection of classroom teaching of young teachers in ideological and political courses in senior high schools.In view of the existing problems and influencing factors of the reflection of high school ideological and political course,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the reflection behavior of high school ideological and political course and enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching reflection from the subjective level of young teachers and the external environment of school management.It mainly includes strengthening the consciousness of young teachers in high school ideological and political course,broadening the content of young teachers in high school ideological and political course,broadening the way of young teachers in high school ideological and political course,improving the guarantee and support of young teachers in high school ideological and political course.Finally,according to the research content,the article takes the high School Ideological and Political course 3,Cultural Life,Unit 1,Lesson 2,box 1,as the basis for classroom teaching reflection,and presents specific cases of classroom teaching reflection of young teachers in high school ideological and political course,in order to realize the unification of theory and practice.
