Drowning has become the primary factor of unnatural death of school-age children in the world,and the protection of school-age children from drowning has become an important proposition for the safety management of waters in various countries.The drowning casualty rate of school-age children is an important indicator to reflect the level of water safety management and protect children from drowning injury.Therefore,how to solve the problem of occasional,high incidence and frequent drowning casualties of school-age children,and effectively reduce the drowning casualty rate,is an important problem of water safety management that all countries have to solve.From the systematic level of comprehensive management of water safety,drowning casualties of school-age children is a comprehensive problem of water safety management that is influenced by multiple factors,managed by multiple departments and educated by home,school and society.At the macro level,the drowning casualty rate of school-aged children is affected by the national water safety management regulations and governance mechanism;at the middle level,it is subject to the protection measures and coordinated level of drowning of school-aged children;At the micro level,the reduction will depend on the institutional arrangement of national drowning prevention education and swimming courses,which is also an effective way to reduce the cost of safety.A large number of existing studies have confirmed that there is a high positive correlation between swimming skill acquisition rate and drowning casualties rate in school-age children.Two countries as the world swimming power,its not only in previous Olympic swimming showed strong competitive strength,it also in the compulsory education stage swimming education teaching has accumulated many successful experience,build the system perfect school-age children swimming course teaching content,in order to improve the level of water safety,reduce school children drowning casualty rate,provides reference education teaching experience,in order to further improve the school-age children swimming course teaching content,provides the experience and practice path,is "stone can attack jade".This study starts with the comparative analysis of the concept orientation,goal setting and content organization of children's swimming courses in compulsory education in China,America and Australia,and comprehensively and systematically analyzes the similarities and differences of the swimming courses of school-age children in the three countries.Summarize and summarize the advanced concepts and successful experiences of school-aged children in the United States and Australia,in order to provide experience enlightenment and practical reference for the reform and innovation of swimming courses of school-aged children in China.
