Since "Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School(2017 Edition)" proposed the core literacy of biology discipline.In order to be able to in the teaching activities to carry out the core accomplishment,to break the bondage of class in order to make the teaching activities,make the teaching activity around the students,improve students' biology core literacy,this study on existing passages in the high school biology teaching material to cell division,in the form of unit teaching design and actual application,ADDIE model suitable for unit teaching design is selected,and ADDIE model is applied to the recombined unit for teaching design,in order to improve students' academic performance,develop core literacy and improve students' learning habits.This research adopts literature analysis,questionnaire method,education experiment method,classroom observation and teacher interviews,first of all,ADDIE model and unit on the domestic and foreign research present situation of the teaching arrangement,next to teachers in the actual use ADDIE model and unit teaching present situation investigation,again according to the logical sequence of curriculum and teaching material contents to planning unit,Analyze and set the unit content,integrate the process of ADDIE model with the unit teaching design,and finally apply the unit teaching design of ADDIE model to the actual teaching activities.This study selected two classes for unit test,under the auxiliary of exam outline and teaching reference books will be a unit test roll on the basis of core literacy is divided into four dimensions,and the four dimensions questions students score statistics,follow-up using SPSS18.0 independent sample T test,the data show that ADDIE model can effectively improve students' academic performance,The improvement of life concept and scientific thinking has significant changes.During the implementation of teaching activities,two classes were observed in class.By comparing and analyzing the observation records of the two classes,it can be seen that unit teaching with ADDIE model can effectively improve students' learning habits.Based on the analysis of students' academic performance in various aspects and the study of classroom observation records,the conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the teaching design of high school biology unit based on ADDIE model can improve students' life concept and scientific thinking.Second,the teaching of biology unit teaching design based on ADDIE model is beneficial to the improvement of students' academic performance.Thirdly,the teaching of unit teaching design based on ADDIE model can improve students' learning habits.
