This paper uses high-speed camera and surface electromyography tester to test the backhand net front pick of 6 badminton players,and collects data.With the support of APAs three-dimensional photographic image analysis software,this paper comprehensively interprets and analyzes the kinematic data of badminton backhand net front pick motion on the basis of kinematics,anatomy and physiology by analyzing the athletes' joint angle,movement range of body center of gravity,movement time,displacement and speed before and after hitting at different stages in the process of this motion,At the same time,combined with electromyography analysis,this paper compares the force time sequence and integral electromyography value between different athletes,in order to reveal the regular characteristics of link movement produced by different athletes in this technical action,as well as the force time sequence and force situation of main muscles,so as to provide scientific guidance for their future training.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper makes three-dimensional photography and EMG test on the technical action of backhand net front pick of badminton players,and obtains the motion parameters and EMG values in the process of this action.In the process of interpreting the experimental data,the backhand net pick of badminton is divided into four parts: backhand lunge,top elbow lead racket,swing and return with swing.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the backhand lunge stage: influenced by height,weight and the length of lower limbs,the moving distance of the right foot is longer than that of the left foot,and the moving speed of the right side is also greater than that of the left side.In this process,the smaller the angle of the shoulder joint,the shorter the pick-up distance of the racket in the process of leading the racket.The angle of the wrist joint is inversely proportional to the tension of the wrist.The angle of the ankle joint is less than the angle of the knee joint,and the moving track of the center of gravity moves from the left side of the body to the right side.(2)Top elbow racket stage: the wrist angles of the six athletes show a trend from large to small,indicating that the wrist tension in the racket process changes from high to low,and the wrist becomes relaxed from tension,so as to better prepare for the later hitting.The center of gravity of the lower limbs moves to the side where the hip angle increases,which helps to fully store energy for the next movement and ensure the swing quality.(3)Swing and stroke stage: in the swing and stroke stage,the joint angle of the right lower limb of 6 athletes changes greatly compared with that of the left.The joint angle of the left lower limb changes little,and the angles of the left ankle,knee and hip show a decreasing trend,which is determined by the force characteristics of backhand pick.(4)With the swing reduction stage: after the backhand stroke,the athlete returns to the original preparation action,receives the racket and legs,the lower limb force is obvious compared with the previous stage,and the waist and abdomen strength is relatively small.(5)In the myoelectric study of backhand net front pick,the RMS value of deltoid middle bundle in the process of action is the largest,followed by biceps brachii,triceps brachii and brachioradialis,and the RMS value of quadriceps femoris and gastrocnemius of lower limbs is relatively small.The integral EMG values of different muscles at different stages are affected by muscle recruitment rate and muscle fiber types.In the backhand net pick,the integral EMG values are mainly concentrated in the shoulder and arm,followed by the core muscle group,and the integral EMG values of the lower limb muscle group are relatively small.
