Nowadays,with the rapid development of industrial revolution and scientific and technological revolution,significant innovations are constantly emerging,the innovation of science and technology has become an main factor to expedite national scientific and technological development and social progress.However,"the talent is the key to innovation,the cultivation of talents depends on education".As a subject closely linked to life and production,scientific and technological innovation and fully embodying the characteristics of the times,senior high school chemistry plays a vital role in cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability,enhancing problem awareness and chemical core literacy.However,at present,most senior high school chemistry teachers still follow the traditional single teaching design thinking,and carry out classroom teaching without considering the type of knowledge.It is difficult to give attention to knowledge imparting and innovative ability training in the process of teaching design and implementation,resulting in the problem of emphasizing knowledge while neglecting ability and one-sided development still exists in chemistry classroom teaching.If things go on like this,it will impair the promotion of students' inner potential and be detrimental to the cultivation of innovative talents.PAD class is an original and efficient classroom in China.Formally,it effectively integrates traditional classroom with independent classroom,emphasizing teaching before learning,and taking into account students' independent exploration and cooperative learning.Therefore,this model can effectively cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability,develop critical thinking and enhance the core literacy of chemistry while ensuring theoretical knowledge teaching.However,at present,there are few researches on PAD class in senior high school chemistry,and most of them focus on practical research.On the basis of knowledge classification,this study attempts to carry out innovative design and practical research on traditional high school chemistry PAD class according to students' characteristics,curriculum requirements and actual teaching needs.Strive to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode in cultivating students' innovative ability and core literacy,and cultivate more innovative talents for the development of science and technology and social progress.This research first adopts the literature method to look up,sort and summarize relevant materials,sort out the development and research status of PAD class,chemistry teaching mode,define the core concepts "PAD class" and "knowledge classification",and determine the theory of this research basic;Secondly,analyze the necessity of developing high school chemistry PAD class from the three dimensions of teachers,students,and subject characteristics.Through interviews we can understand the current situation of chemistry teaching and learning,and acquire the feasibility of developing PAD class of senior high school chemistry.Then,according to the theory of knowledge classification,the content of the textbook is classified,and on this basis,the "project-led high school chemistry PAD class","the high school chemistry PAD class based on the KWLS strategy" and "the high school based on the POEC strategy" are proposed for different types of knowledge.The teaching design strategy of "Chemical PAD class" enables PAD class to better adapt to the teaching needs of factual knowledge,theoretical knowledge and technical knowledge,so as to better implement the improvement of students' innovation ability and core literacy into classroom teaching.Finally,the teaching design and case practice of senior high school chemistry PAD class based on knowledge classification are carried out.In the process of practice,students' adaptation and feedback to the new model can be obtained in time through classroom observation,homework analysis and other methods.After the end of practice teaching,questionnaires and interviews are conducted with students,and students' pre-test and post-test scores are compared with SPSS Statistic 23 software to make a comprehensive analysis of the effect of practice teaching.After nearly a semester's practice teaching,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Carrying out PAD class on the basis of knowledge classification makes chemistry teaching more targeted;(2)PAD class based on knowledge classification can significantly improve students' interest in chemistry learning and classroom subject status;(3)PAD class based on knowledge classification is helpful to improve students' comprehensive ability;(4)PAD class based on knowledge classification is helpful to improve students' chemistry scores;(5)Chemical PAD class based on knowledge classification can promote students' "scientific inquiry and innovation awareness","scientific spirit and social responsibility" and other qualities.
