| Classroom management is an important bridge for teachers to maintain classroom order,create a good atmosphere,and cultivate students with all-round development.This research uses the method of Pedagogic phenomenology to study the classroom management of high school teachers,collects teachers and students’ experience of classroom management,and explores the essence of the phenomenon,enriches the theoretical research of high school classroom management,and at the same time,analyzes the basis of classroom management phenomena Reflect on it and put forward corresponding strategies to promote the implementation of quality education and improve the level of classroom management of teachers.This research mainly refers to Fan Meinan’s Pedagogic phenomenology research method,mainly adopts interviews and text analysis methods to collect information,and then rewrites the short story,extracts problems from the story,and conducts reflection.Then,put forward corresponding questions and strategies.In the process of analyzing the phenomenon,not only adopted the method of Pedagogic phenomenology,but also followed its principle of "returning to the fact itself".When conducting classroom management,the classroom itself should start from the preconceived "prejudices".This research puts forward corresponding suggestions on the basis of raising questions,analyzing and reflecting on the questions.First of all,classroom management should re-examine the connotation of "student".The student is an indivisible whole.The student concretely exists in the life world,and the student desires a space for self-management.Secondly,classroom management should be oriented towards the classroom event itself.Teachers should suspend the students’ current results when they conduct classroom management.The way teachers handle classroom events should be constructed in real time,and classroom management should be based on the real situation of students.Once again,build a good teacher-student relationship.The teacher-student relationship that has been materialized should be reduced to a person-to-person relationship,the professionalism of teachers should be improved,and a teacher-student relationship based on "other ethics" should be established. |
