Pedagogy,as an important channel and carrier of education discipline personnel training,pedagogy theory dissemination and pedagogy theory research,has continuously cultivated a large number of professionals for the society for many years,and has made great contributions to the vigorous development of education and economic and social development.As the backbone of promoting the development of education,the demand for professional talents in pedagogy is also increasing.In the training of educational professionals,undergraduate education is the main form of training talents,and the quality of educational undergraduates is particularly important.In order to meet the employment needs of social education majors and ensure the quality of students for education majors,this study tries to build a set of learning achievement evaluation system for education majors with the help of literature analysis and questionnaire survey under the guidance of current social background and related theories.Firstly,based on the national undergraduate talent training quality,the education professional talent training quality and the existing employment standards of education professional units in the society,and under the theoretical guidance of the OBE and the Classification of Educational Objectives,this paper provides a feasible practical and theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of the current employers of social pedagogy,we can understand the professional quality required by the current society,so as to provide guidance for further constructing the evaluation system of students' learning achievements.Next,based on the reality and the actual needs of the society,this paper constructs the specific indicators for the evaluation of learning achievements of undergraduates majoring in pedagogy.Using the theory of the Classification of Educational Objectives as a tool,students' learning achievements are divided into three dimensions: cognitive strategy learning achievements,practical operation learning achievements and emotional and moral learning achievements.Combined with the actual situation of society and school at this stage,the secondary and tertiary indicators are determined.Finally,clarify the principles and specific methods of student learning achievement evaluation,invite experts in the field of pedagogy to score different dimensions of student learning achievement evaluation,and then calculate the specific weight of indicators at all levels through analytic hierarchy process,and finally complete the construction of student learning achievement evaluation system.
