With the deepening of China's basic education curriculum reform,the role of teachers in the reform is becoming more and more prominent.It is more and more important for teachers to participate in curriculum decision-making as curriculum decision-makers.Chinese subject is a basic tool subject and the cornerstone of students' better development in the future.The study of Chinese subject plays a important role in forming a complete cognition,a sound personality and establishing correct values for pupils.Through the investigation and research on the curriculum decision-making of primary school Chinese teachers,this study further explores the strategies to improve the curriculum decision-making level of primary school Chinese teachers,so as to better promote the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers.Based on decision-making theory,distributed leadership theory and postmodern curriculum view,and the current national decentralization of curriculum management and the development of primary school Chinese curriculum standards,this study uses questionnaires and interviews to understand the performance of primary school Chinese teachers' curriculum decision-making in the planning stage,interactive stage and reflection stage.According to the survey results,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of primary school Chinese teachers in curriculum objective decision-making,curriculum content decision-making,curriculum implementation decision-making and curriculum evaluation decision-making,and puts forward problem-solving strategies according to the existing problems,specifically from ensuring the scientificity of curriculum objective decision,strengthening the development of curriculum resources Improving the flexibility of curriculum implementation decision-making and enriching the content of curriculum evaluation decision-making provide effective strategies for improving the curriculum decision-making ability of primary school Chinese teachers.
