Classroom is an important living place for teachers and students.It is not only a materialized space for teachers and students to teach and learn,but also a field for teachers and students to participate in interaction,express their emotions and improve themselves in order to gain a growing life.Classroom culture,as a hidden educational resource,has an important influence on the vividness of school education,the overall development of students and the living patterns of teachers and students.At present,the cultural construction is booming,and the construction of classroom culture in the primary school stage is in line with the background of quality education and the requirements of the times to cultivate people by virtue and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.However,there are still shortcomings in the practice of constructing classroom culture,which has the space of innovation and development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the theory and practice of classroom culture construction in primary school.This study analyzes the current educational field trend of thought and the idea of "people-oriented" educational action,takes the new educational idea as the theoretical perspective,and constructs the theoretical framework of the study by explaining the theoretical basis and core ideas of the "New Educational Experiment".Using the method of case study,"the Sunflower class",a typical representative of classroom culture construction in the "New Educational Experiment",is selected as the research object.The whole process is presented and analyzed from five aspects: "cultural filling in symbol system","cultural transmission in spatial state","curriculum development based on children's experience","ritual activities under the guidance of the new education concept" and "educational community promoted by home-school cooperation",to verify the logic and value of the new educational concept in primary school classroom culture.On this basis,the author summarizes the successful experience of classroom culture construction under the new educational concept,that is,taking the professional growth of teachers as the starting point,taking the moral personality development theory as the reference,taking reading activities as the breakthrough point and relying on the educational community.Then the author considers that the current problems still exist,including the entrapment of exam-oriented education,the overburden of the main teachers,the escalation of difficulty for novice teachers,and the long process of forming an educational community.Based on the above,the author puts forward suggestions for improving the current primary school classroom culture construction from three aspects: the school provides external environmental support,teachers and students build internal motivation mechanism and parents broaden the scope of participation.
