In the new era,the reform of art education in primary schools in China has entered the era of "core quality of art".At the same time,there has been a heated discussion on whether the "double base" art education needs to survive.Most scholars agree that in today's art curriculum reform,the development of "double base" art education has been "conservative" and "past correction" due to the different teaching environment.The author found in the field research in Urumqi that in the context of core literacy teaching,there are some past corrections in primary school art teaching.In order to set off the classroom atmosphere one sidedly,some teachers ignore the teaching of "double base" knowledge to students,which greatly reduces the effect of classroom teaching and students' interest and learning quality in art,According to the above phenomenon,the author discusses how to play the role of "double base" education and teaching to achieve the purpose of cultivating students' core quality of art subject.And based on the current situation of Urumqi basic education,in-depth discussion of the front-line teaching classroom,in the process of research,the author found that through the rigorous "double base" teaching design can effectively improve the problems corrected in the past,and provide students with the ability of art core literacy.The author's teaching design includes two aspects: first,the cultivation of "three dimensions" in primary school art "double base" Education under the core quality of art.2?Under the core quality of art,primary school art "double base" education to cultivate students' art "core quality" ability.In the actual teaching,the author proposes to use the "problem-based education method" to achieve the "double base" knowledge teaching point of view,while cultivating the students' "three dimensions",and puts forward the teaching process as follows:stimulating interest to ask questions-independent questions-Analysis of standards-understanding of students' interest-Discussion sublimation.The research of this topic aims to explore the teaching strategy of "double base" Education under the core quality of art through practice,and then make contributions to the art teaching of primary schools in Urumqi,Xinjiang.The author hopes that the readers can discuss the views mentioned in the article.
