With the development of the times,the continuous improvement of education and teaching reforms,and the individual needs of students for knowledge,educators,through continuous exploration,aim at the different needs of students in the same class,and let each student find his own learning Method,the targeted development of teaching methods suitable for different levels and needs,stimulate students' interest in physics classes and reduce their learning burden,establish a relationship of fair competition among students,cultivate students' ability to cooperate and explore,and improve The enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning creates unimpeded communication opportunities between teachers and students,and improves the quality of teaching.In this paper,by studying the teaching stratification,stratification according to the actual situation of students,practice according to students' needs,and teaching according to students' acceptance ability.In the classroom,students complete exercises suitable for their own level and assign homework to improve their knowledge and grades.In the process of teaching implementation,lectures are taught according to the knowledge level of students.In the teaching process,the knowledge of "getting enough" for top students and the level of knowledge for students with learning difficulties can be "digested".In the research process,the main research methods used are literature review,interviews,and comparative and experimental research methods.Interviews are conducted with students in the experimental class who have not implemented hierarchical teaching and after implementing hierarchical teaching,and summarize and reflect on the interviews.The implementation of hierarchical teaching through high school physics teaching effectively stimulates students' interest in physics,reduces students' burden,and effectively promotes cooperation and competition among students,thereby greatly improving students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning.The overall design of the teaching is in line with the "recent development zone",so that students at different levels can discover the joy of learning,and to a large extent stimulate students' interest in physics.After the implementation of layered teaching,students at all levels can communicate,learn from each other,help each other,and make progress together.When encountering some difficulties in the learning process,they will use the power of the collective to find ways to overcome them,which not only solves the difficulties in time,but also promotes common progress among peers.Teachers are striving to meet the individual needs of students.Ushered in various challenges,the teacherstudent relationship in the hierarchical teaching process has achieved unimpeded communication opportunities,which has improved the teaching quality.Teachers have adopted effective teaching methods to optimize the entire teaching process and greatly improve the quality and effect of physics teaching.The implementation of hierarchical teaching of high school physics has a great effect on the improvement of teachers' teaching ability.
