Teachers are the most important human resources in schools,because they shoulder the historical responsibility of inheriting the past and creating the future in the social development and knowledge inheritance.Therefore,teacher management has always been the focus of school management,which is directly related to the stability and development of the school.Nowadays,when quality education is vigorously promoted,teacher management is particularly important.In the new era,to do a good job of school work and ensure the healthy and stable development of school education and teaching,the key lies in the scientific management of the teaching staff,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers,This paper is committed to exploring flexible teacher management strategies based on career anchor theory.The career anchor theory originated from the enterprise is one of the important career guidance theories,and also an important research topic in the field of human resource development and management.It provides theoretical and practical experience for the management of school teachers.The concept of flexible management is the product of economic and social development in the new era,which has been studied by scholars on the basis of behavioral psychology and psychological laws.It refers to the use of non mandatory means to change the organizational will into factors that can affect the individual’s own actions,and then manage the individual’s conscious actions.According to the particularity of teachers’ profession,school principals should combine the characteristics of teachers’ career anchor,give full play to the advantages of flexible management under the original management framework,and combine with teachers’ career anchor positioning to achieve effective teacher management.This study is based on the investigation and analysis of M middle school teachers’ career anchor.At the same time,through the in-depth study of M high school teachers management,using a variety of methods such as case analysis,literature method,analysis of M high school teachers in different ages,different genders,different seniority and other levels of career anchor distribution.In addition,through interviews,questionnaires and other ways,this paper explores the shortcomings of M Middle School in teacher management,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.The main conclusions are that the flexible management of middle school teachers based on the theory of career anchor is to apply the theory of career anchor,the concept of flexible management and the mode to the management of middle school teachers.This is to focus on the particularity of middle school teachers,in order to fully mobilize their work enthusiasm and creativity,and finally put forward feasible strategies for the purpose of teachers’ growth and school development. |
