Novice teacher’s classroom instruction ability is affects the teaching effect the important attribute.Quality of teaching height and novice teacher own specialized ability and teaching ability close correlation.New teacher’s teaching ability also is a focal point which the society and the guardian pays attention.At present,the recruitment of teachers continues to expand,the school recruitment efforts are also strengthened.A large number of novice teachers have entered the school.These novice teachers have rich theoretical knowledge,and they are bringing new educational resources to the school.Meanwhile,the teaching ability of novice teachers is also an aspect worth thinking about.Classroom is a good testing ground for novice teachers’ teaching ability.Teacher’s teaching ability and the synthesis quality may inspect from classroom instruction each aspect.How to observe the teaching ability of novice teachers? How to find the problems of novice teachers in teaching? How does the novice teacher sharpen the teaching ability? Is this research key aspect.Therefore,this article chooses the classroom observation to take the main observation method.An observation group composed of 11 teachers was established to observe the class of30 novice Chinese teachers in primary schools through the observation scale set in advance,and then the observation scale was analyzed.In combination with the questionnaire survey,literature analysis and other aspects of the teaching ability of novice teachers were investigated and analyzed.Classroom observation of primary school Chinese is a branch of classroom observation.Through literature analysis found that the proportion of primary school Chinese research in education research is small,utilizable and the humanity are the language discipline distinguish between the pedagogical discipline basic characteristic,based on language discipline archery target particularity,in classroom observation,author besides choice quantitative analysis and quantification research technique,but also has established the discomfort to a qualitative investigation part.The language discipline particularity had decided teacher’s teaching ability mainly divides into three parts:the ability to design the teaching content before class,the ability to operate the teaching in class and the ability to improve the teaching after class.As a first-line primary school Chinese novice teacher,the author selected the city’s primary school Chinese novice teacher as a case study,in-depth classroom observation.It is found that novice teachers can better mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and make full use of teaching resources in teaching.However,the time of each link of classroom teaching and the handling of emergencies and other aspects need to be improved.On the basis of finding the problems,this study proposes solutions from the aspects of professional title evaluation,school management and teachers’ selfimprovement.In order to improve the lack of novice teachers,explore the advantages of novice teachers in education and teaching,improve the teaching ability of teachers. |
