With the continuous development of science and technology in our country,the citizen’s scientific literacy plays a more and more important role in the development of the society,improve citizen’s scientific literacy education must pay attention to science and technology,science and technology education in elementary school plays an important role in future development,to the person using the service period of the implementation of education of science and technology activities after class is helpful to expand students’ scientific quality.This study adopts the interview method,questionnaire survey method and literature analysis.First of all,the inductive analysis literature review the implementation of science and technology education in primary school class service present situation,and then select"deciduous stickers","the two typical eggs will crash into earth science and technology education activities based on STEAM Idea,with the typical W primary school class two,grade three and grade four class three students to attend after-school service as sample,design implementation of science and technology education activities.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted to understand the attitudes of teachers and students towards the implementation of this activity.The results of the survey were statistically analyzed and the problems existing in the implementation of technology education activities in the after-school service of W primary school were summarized.The problems were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The implementation of these two themed science and technology activities in W Primary School’s after-school service is conducive to improving students’ interest in science and technology learning,enriching their knowledge of science and technology,strengthening their sense of teamwork,exercising their oral expression ability,enhancing students’ sense of self-efficacy and cultivating students’ innovative and practical ability.However,there are also some problems,such as poor filling in the experimental record form,lack of evaluation language,serious homogenization of works,poor ability of reflection and lack of discipline.Through constant reflection,suggestions for improvement were put forward from two aspects of activity design and implementation,providing reference experience for primary school teachers to implement science and technology activities in after-school service.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The implementation of science and technology education activities in the after-school services of primary schools has achieved certain results.From the students’ point of view,it is beneficial to improve students’ interest in science and technology learning,enrich their science and technology knowledge,cultivate students’ sense of team cooperation,enhance students’ oral expression ability,enhance students’ sense of self-efficacy,and cultivate students’ innovative and practical ability.From the perspective of teachers,teachers should improve their knowledge and literacy,enhance their teaching ability and research ability.(2)the implementation of science and technology education in primary school class service activities,to improve school education of science and technology level,appeared in the process of implementation of student discipline is poorer,design of a certain activity or to carry out the existing problems,homogeneity phenomenon in a student’s work,this is mainly due to the unreasonable teacher’s teaching design,students’ innovative consciousness weak,due to the forthcoming enough between teachers and students.At the same time,in the implementation of after-school services in primary schools,there is a certain time gap between policy issuance and implementation.(3)The implementation of science and technology education activities in the after-school service of primary schools needs the attention and support of schools,teachers need to reasonably design science and technology activities,strengthen classroom management and the joint efforts of schools and teachers to strengthen the construction of science and technology teachers in primary schools.
