Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the Communist Party of China has paid more attention to the important role of the rule of law.General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important expositions on how to promote the overall rule of law.The construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development.High school students are the main body to promote the process of governing the country according to law in the future.Guiding them to establish the concept of rule of law and form the thinking of rule of law is not only conducive to the improvement of students' own ability,but also indirectly promotes the development of the work of governing the country according to law in an all-round way.In all the subjects,the ideological and political courses are unique to the cultivation of senior high school students' thinking of rule of law Some subject advantages,high school ideological and political teachers should grasp the favorable conditions,through ideological and political courses to actively cultivate students' thinking of the rule of law.The first part summarizes the connotation of the rule of law and the rule of law thinking,explores the characteristics and theoretical basis of the rule of law thinking,and expounds the basic requirements of the cultivation of the rule of law thinking of senior high school students.It lays a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of students' rule of law thinking.In the second part,through the data of the questionnaire survey,the author analyzes the effect and problems of the cultivation of senior high school students' thinking on the rule of law.At present,students not only have a certain degree of legal knowledge and a strong sense of reverence for the law,but also expand the channels for cultivating students' thinking on the rule of law Lack of practical guidance and other issues.According to the inductive problems,the causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects:school,teachers and students themselves.The third part,on the basis of theoretical and practical analysis,explores the path of cultivating students' thinking of rule of law,which is the focus and foothold of the research,and puts forward feasible countermeasures from teachers,schools,teaching and so on.
