The 21st century is an era of informatization,the rapid development of informatization has promoted the transformation of education and teaching,that is,to make full use of information technology to improve classroom teaching efficiency and realize education modernization.the emergence and wide application of micro lectures coincide with the process of the development of informatization.At the same time,the 21 st century is also an era that pays attention to cultivating students’ core literacy.After the development of core literacy of Chinese students,especially after the core accomplishment of various disciplines is put forward,cultivating students’ core literacy through teaching has become a hot topic in the educational field.What follows is the change of educational evaluation,and pays great attention to the achievement of students’ core literacy.Under this background of education,the purpose of this study is to make full use of information technology to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning,so as to promote the achievement of students’ core literacy.In this study,the literature analysis method is used to define micro lecture,core literacy and their similar concepts,and sort out the theoretical basis of the research and the current situation of micro lecture research at home and abroad.In the preliminary situation survey,teachers and students are surveyed by interview method and questionnaire method respectively to fully prepare for the design of the later micro-course.Summarize a series of processes of micro lecture design,based on this process,design micro lecture cases,produce micro lectures and apply it to teaching.Finally,qualitative research and quantitative research are used to evaluate the teaching efficiency of micro lectures.First of all,qualitative research results showed that the vast majority of students thought that micro lecture design was reasonable and liked to use micro lectures for learning,which was conducive to key and difficult breakthroughs,broadening horizons and increasing the breadth and depth of knowledge.High school biology micro lecture for core literacy could promote the achievement of core literacy and improve comprehensive ability to a certain extent.Secondly,the two groups of experimental subjects were quantitatively studied through situational test questions.From the results of the experimental class and the control class,it could be seen that the high school biology micro lecture oriented to core literacy was conducive to students’ understanding and applying biological knowledge,and improving core literacy.Through this study and the results of the study,the following conclusions can be drawn:First of all,the design and application of high school biology micro lectures for core literacy is reasonable,which can provide theoretical reference for the design and application of such micro lectures;second,high school biology Micro lecture design for core literacy can improve teachers’ education and teaching level and educational research level,and promote their professional development;finally,the production and implementation of high school biology Micro lectures for core literacy solve the problem of teachers’ operation of information technology equipment,improve teachers’ information technology literacy,and accelerate the process of education informatization in China.In a word,the design and application of high school biology micro lectures oriented to core literacy have certain significance in cultivating students’ core literacy,improving the efficiency of learning and students’ interest in learning biology,and increasing confidence in learning biology well.
