Since China's reform and opening up,rural compulsory education teachers' position and function in the process of the development of rural education is more and more important,the related study of rural compulsory education teachers also more and more.The state's support for rural compulsory education teachers is also growing,but the countryside compulsory education teachers team construction still has many problems,one of the problems is the rural compulsory education teachers.Especially after 2012,the central rural revitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements for teachers in rural compulsory education,and it is urgent to build a sufficient number of teachers with high quality.This paper choose the rural compulsory education teachers supplement policy of our country after reform and opening-up as the research object,using the theory of historical institutionalism,the rural compulsory education teachers supplement policy related research at home and abroad on the comb,on the basis of the further comb and analysis of literature and combining with the concept,historical institutionalism key nodes since the reform and opening up rural compulsory education teachers supplement policy vicissitude course,through the use of policy text analysis,analysis of rural compulsory education in our country since the reform and opening up the teacher complement policy change process,sums up the general characteristics of its change.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized and policy suggestions are put forward.The first part of this paper mainly involves the reason of the study and has a detailed understanding of the supplementary policy for rural compulsory education teachers through the review of relevant literature,and defines the relevant core concepts to ensure the accuracy of the research scope.In addition,the theory and methods used in the research are also described.The second part of the article mainly uses the concept of key nodes of historical institutionalism to divide and expatiate the process of the change of supplementary policy for teachers in rural compulsory education in China since the reform and opening up,has a detailed understanding of its historical evolution process,and finds the basic characteristics of its change.The third part of the article mainly analyzes the change path of the supplementary policy for rural compulsory education teachers,mainly from the institutional structure,key nodes and self-strengthening mechanism.The fourth part of the article is to analyze the change causes of the supplementary policy for rural compulsory education teachers,mainly from the political,economic and social environmental factors,educational system and the actors of the policy change to explore the role of these factors in the policy change process.The fifth part of the article is mainly the research conclusions and policy suggestions.Mainly based on the analysis and research above,I summarized the conclusions I found in the research,and put forward corresponding policy suggestions for the problems I found.
