the content,combine their own teaching style and students’ learning situation,and adopt different design ideas to teach,so as to improve students’ learning interest while accomplishing the teaching objectives.Teachers’ actual condition is different,so in the understanding of the formulation of the teaching goal,teaching content and students’ basic situation analysis,teaching content selection of heavy difficulty setting,teaching method,teaching the use of auxiliary equipment as well as the reflection after class also will be different,finally,utilizing instructional design in the specific classroom teaching practice.To carry out the teaching of "the same subject is heterogeneous",we should seek "the difference" in "the same" and "the same" in "the different"."Same" is that the teaching content and the basic requirements about the teaching objectives are the same.What is "different" is different teachers,because personal life experience and teaching style are different,teaching skills and teaching wisdom will also be different.Therefore,teachers need to constantly optimize the teaching design,so as to improve the effect of classroom teaching.To carry out the teaching of "the design as an example,the selection of two first-line teachers about the xinhai revolution,which lesson teaching design as a case study,by comparing two first-line teachers in the formulation of the teaching goal,teaching important points and difficult points of setting,the selection of teaching methods,teaching process to carry out,the design of classroom teaching blackboard writing,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.Combined with my own practical teaching experience and the comparison and analysis of the two teaching designs of two front-line teachers,I draw on the essence of them,foster my strengths and avoid my weaknesses,and then propose my own teaching design for the course "1911 Revolution".Finally,according to my own classroom teaching design and practice,the teaching reflection,summarizes and refines the high school history teaching "the same class is heterogeneous" principle and strategy,in order to provide reference for the future teaching work.The
