The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on "deepening education teaching reform to comprehensively improve the quality of compulsory education" pointed out that the quality of compulsory education is a matter of the healthy growth of hundreds of millions of children and adolescents,the development of the country,the future of the nation,to run a good education to the satisfaction of the people to strengthen the basic role of the teaching staff,the construction of high-quality professional teaching staff.Among the many ways to promote teachers’ professional development,the new curriculum reform places great emphasis on teachers’ reflection on teaching,which is considered the core factor of teachers’ professional development.According to Posner,"teacher growth = experience+ reflection",If teachers want to grow up,they must think about and criticize the existing knowledge and experience system,and finally they can upgrade perceptual experience to rational experience,and eventually elevate their perceptual experience to rational experience.As primary school is a critical stage for students to learn systematically and comprehensively,primary school teachers in the new era should continuously reflect on their teaching practices to make themselves highly qualified,professional,and innovative educators.For novice teachers of primary school,effective teaching reflection will speed up their growth,improve problem-solving strategies,get through the period of professional confusion,and guide them to move forward.Therefore,this study adopted the case study method and selected two novice teachers in Yantai X primary school as the research subjects through purposive sampling,and compared the teaching reflection history of the two novice teachers,focusing on teachers’ perception of teaching reflection,teachers’ time of teaching reflection,teachers’ content of teaching reflection,teachers’ way of teaching reflection,and factors affecting teachers’ teaching reflection through comparison between them.These five aspects clarify the current situation of two novice teachers’ teaching reflection,help novice teacher of primary school improve their teaching reflection and enhance their personal professional growth,and expect to provide appropriate reflection suggestions to teachers at the same stage.To this end,novice teachers of primary school can adopt the following countermeasures: insist on theoretical study and turn awareness into action;enhance reflection awareness and change reflection motivation;explore reflection strategies and accumulate reflection experience;strengthen cooperation and communication to improve reflection ability.The school can adopt the following countermeasures:consolidate the material foundation and provide learning opportunities;implement teaching and research activities to create a reflective atmosphere;improve the management system to stimulate reflective enthusiasm.
