The national education reform attempts to develop and construct an ecological system for future education from the logical starting point of exam-oriented education.In traditional elementary school mathematics classrooms,one-way knowledge is passed on,and the educational philosophy of merits and inferiority dominates the mainstream,and the ecological education philosophy of dynamic openness,interactive generation,and harmonious and orderly implementation is not in place.In order to make the elementary school mathematics ecological classroom take root in actual teaching,this article takes the actual classroom as the starting point,with the aid of educational ecology theory,analyzes the characteristics of outstanding teachers’ elementary school mathematics ecological classroom based on the classroom observation method,case analysis method,and interview method.There are theoretical foundations of research and combined with the case of this article to propose the construction of elementary school mathematics ecological classroom.This article specifically includes the following four parts:The first part is the introduction.The author introduces the reason for the topic selection of this article and its research significance,sorts out and analyzes relevant domestic and foreign literature on the ecological classroom of elementary school mathematics,defines the two concepts of ecological classroom and elementary school mathematics ecological classroom involved in this article,and introduces the research of this article.Ideas and research methods.Finally,it briefly discusses the theoretical basis of this research: the theory of education ecology and the basic characteristics of the elementary school mathematics ecological classroom.The second part is the case presentation of elementary school mathematics ecological classroom.Based on the principles of innovation,reality and representativeness,the author selected each section of teaching cases by Hua Yinglong,Wu Zhengxian,and Yantai City Teacher X as the research cases for this study and presented them in general.The third part is the case analysis of elementary school mathematics ecological classroom.In response to the typical elementary school mathematics ecological classroom teaching case presented in the second part,the author combines interviews with frontline elementary school mathematics teachers,from the four characteristics of the elementary school mathematics ecological classroom’s integrity,dynamic process,interactive generation,and harmony and order.Analyze the concrete manifestation of its ecological classroom characteristics,and analyze the generation process of elementary school mathematics ecological classroom.The fourth part is the reflection on the ecological classroom teaching cases of elementary school mathematics.Aiming at the concrete manifestation of the basic characteristics of the primary school mathematics ecological classroom in actual classroom teaching,this research combines the existing research foundation and related cases to propose the generation strategy of the primary school mathematics ecological classroom,which includes: paying attention to the overall symbiosis of the classroom and coordinating each The influence between the elements to optimize the learning environment of students;pay attention to the dynamic procedural nature of the classroom,teachers flexibly teach,and students dynamically seek knowledge;care about the interactive and productive nature of the classroom,highlight the status of students as the main body,pay attention to the development of students’ personality;attach importance to the harmony and order Teachers use teaching evaluation skillfully to create a good student-student,teacher-student relationship.In the teaching of elementary school mathematics ecological classroom,teachers should be more clear about the difference between it and traditional classrooms,and explore the transformation from imitation to internalization,so as to imitate the essence of the teaching model of excellent teachers,and they can also build teaching with the help of teachers around them.community. |
