| Under the background of the integration of sports and education, campus football,as a widely developed sports item in school sports, should return to the origin of education, give full play to the function of football education, and promote the positive development of students. As a new type of student leadership, social responsibility leadership is proposed under the background of social change model, which aims to enhance citizens’ sense of social responsibility.Research on it has important guiding significance for the practice of cultivating students’ leadership in China. This paper discusses the relationship between the participation of campus football and the development of social responsibility leadership of young people, demonstrates whether campus football participation has a positive effect on the development of social responsibility leadership of primary and secondary school students, further demonstrates whether participating in campus football plays an active role in promoting the positive development of young people, improving their life skills and enhancing their personal quality and social ability.Guide the correct understanding of campus football, avoid utilitarian and formalization. On the one hand,it can enrich the theory, content and method of football education research; On the other hand, the educational value of campus football is explored from the perspective of empirical research, and the scientific explanation of the rich connotation of campus football is guided. At the same time, the paper discusses the influence and effective conditions of participating in campus football and students’ social responsibility leadership development, and provides concrete theoretical and empirical support for the content and approach of the school with characteristics of campus football in China.Taking six famous schools with campus football characteristics in Hubei Province as the research object, the total number of people surveyed is 334.The students who participate in campus football are listed as the football group. They are all students of the school football team. They have received football learning and training in the school systematically for a long time. The students who didn’t participate in the campus football were classified as the ordinary group.Although they were students of the school with campus football characteristics, they didn’t receive football learning and training for a long time and systematically. The social change model of leadership development is determined as the theoretical basis of social responsibility leadership development, and the social responsibility leadership scale is used as the social responsibility leadership evaluation scale.Based on the development of social change model of leadership development, the scale consists of 68 items and evaluates 8dimensions: self cognition, consistency, commitment, cooperation, common goal, courtesy, civic responsibility and change. All questionnaires were distributed and collected on site with the informed consent of the participants. After the questionnaire survey,we will make mathematical statistics on the content of the questionnaire, use Excel to process the data, and analyze the data through spss23.0.Descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA and multiple validation comparison were used to analyze the data.Descriptive analysis was used to compare the different scores of different students on the scale, and ANOVA was used to compare the differences of scores of different students on the scale. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the significant P values of the total scores of know me cognition, cooperation, common goal, civic responsibility and leadership were lower than 0.05,significant or very significant difference.By means of comparison,it is found that the total score of the football group is higher than that of the ordinary group in the aspects of cognition, cooperation, common goal, civic responsibility and leadership, which indicates that the football group has advantages in these aspects. The other dimensions of significant p value is higher than 0.05,not significant. It can be seen that hypothesis 1 holds that the scores of primary and secondary school students who participate in campus football are better than those who do not.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that in the total score of social responsibility leadership and its eight dimensions, the significant P values of students with different ball age were less than 0.05,reaching significant or very significant differences.Further comparative analysis found that there were significant differences in the total score of leadership and the mean value of eight dimensions. The longer the ball playing time, the higher the mean value. In view of the above significant differences, multiple LSD comparisons were conducted to further explore the differences of social responsibility leadership in ball age factors. The results show that the social responsibility leadership of the students with 5 years and above is higher than that of the students with 3-4 years and 2 years and below; The social responsibility leadership of students with 3-4 years is higher than that of students with 2 years or less. And the difference reached the significant level(P < 0.05)or very significant level(P< 0.01).It shows that ball playing age has a significant impact on students’ leadership skills. The longer they participate in campus football, the better their social responsibility leadership performance. This study analyzes the relationship between campus football participation and social responsibility leadership.According to the analysis of the survey results, the football group performs better than the ordinary group in the total score of social responsibility leadership. At the same time,in the eight dimensions of social responsibility leadership, there are significant differences between the football group and the ordinary group in four dimensions, and the football group scores better than the ordinary group. At the same time, there is a positive correlation between the length of playing and the score of social responsibility leadership. Therefore,we can draw a preliminary conclusion:(1)the participation of primary and secondary school students in campus football helps to cultivate their social responsibility leadership(2)The longer primary and secondary school students participate in campus football, the better their social responsibility leadership performance. As a collective project, campus football pursues team building and close cooperation among players, teaches the players to take responsibility and establish goals, and helps them to settle disputes peacefully and make optimal changes. As an important part of modern education, social responsibility leadership realizes the value goal of modern education through the value of campus football, which is contained in campus sports. The primary and secondary school students cultivate their sense of responsibility in the campus football, learn to be a team leader, and quietly improve their own social responsibility leadership. |
