Objective: Methamphetamine is a kind of mental stimulant that can directly act on the central nervous system.Compared with the traditional drug,methamphetamine has the characteristics of strong mental dependence,high relapse rate and neurotoxicity.Long-term use of methamphetamine causes immune system,nervous system and other serious damage.Serious cases will also appear cognitive dysfunction,a variety of mental disorders,leading to serious schizophrenia and depression.Therefore,to find a way to improve the physical and mental health of methamphetamine addicts has become the focus of research at home and abroad.Studies have proved that exercise can effectively help drug addicts to achieve withdrawal,but different exercise patterns,different intensity,different drugs will have a great impact on the effect of withdrawal.The exercise drug treatment program is currently exploring withdrawal.This paper adopts the current domestic and foreign advanced sports mode: yoga,meditation and physical energy.Through the study of different exercise ways to reduce the desire for methamphetamine drugs,mood and inflammatory factors TNF-?,IL-6,explore the fundamental reason of exercise drug rehabilitation.Then we can explore a more effective,scientific and accurate way to exercise drug rehabilitation.Methods: In this study,40 women from Nanan District Women's Education and Correction Center of Chongqing Municipality were selected for examination without systematic exercise training history and able to bear certain exercise load.Fasting glucose/L above 7 tendency,no serious diabetes complications,age 22-47 years old female Methamphetamine drug dependence as experimental object.Using the random grouping form will be divided into four groups: addicts physical group(N = 10),the yoga group(N = 10),meditation group(N = 10),the control group(N = 10).They need,for 12 weeks,three times a week,every time 1 hour of exercise training.Before and after intervention,drug craving was assessed by visual analogue scale.Serum TNF-? and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The Hamilton Depression Scale was used to measure their depression.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of intervention,drug craving in yoga,meditation and physical fitness groups was significantly decreased(P <0.01),while in the control group,there was no significant change before and after the experiment(P < 0 0.05).Comparison between groups showed that physical fitness group and yoga group had a better effect in reducing drug craving(P <0.01).(2)After 12 weeks of intervention,the depression level of yoga,meditation and physical fitness group was significantly decreased(P <0.01),while the control group did not show significant changes before and after the experiment(P>0.05),the comparison between the groups showed that the physical fitness group and yoga group had a better effect in reducing the depression level(P <0.01).(3)After 12 weeks of intervention,serum TNF-? and IL-6 levels in yoga,meditation and physical fitness groups were significantly decreased(P <0.05),and the comparison between groups showed that the physical fitness group had the most significant effect on the reduction of TNF-? and IL-6(P <0.01).Conclusion: 12 weeks of meditation,yoga and physical training can significantly reduce serum levels of TNF-? and IL-6,and improve drug craving and depression to a certain extent.Compared with meditation exercise,yoga and physical training can alleviate methamphetamine withdrawal drug craving degree and improve negative emotional state.In the fight against the body peripheral inflammation effect in fitness group were significantly better than the other two groups.Yoga and physical training can more effectively promote patients physical and mental health recovery in methamphetamine addiction.
