Research On The Spatiotemporal Evolution Mechanism And Diffusion Mechanism Of My Country's New College Entrance Examination Comprehensive Reform Policy

The college entrance examination system is the most basic educational system in China.In September 2014,the State Council issued the Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System,which officially opened the curtain of the diffusion of China's new comprehensive reform policies of the college entrance examination.From September2014 to now,what are the characteristics of the diffusion process of China's new college entrance examination comprehensive reform policy? What are the factors affecting the spread process? How does the diffusion mechanism work? From the perspective of policy diffusion theory,this paper takes China's new comprehensive reform policy of college entrance examination as the research object,and uses case analysis and event history analysis as research methods to discuss the above issues.First of all,through the spread of the new college entrance examination reform policy to our country the descriptive analysis of the evolution of time and space found basic follow the classical diffusion type "S" gradual diffusion characteristics,present in time "stage slow,medium speed and saturation" stage,the characteristics of no more apparent diffusion characteristics in space,the main strip of distribution,performance for coastal area as the core gradually spread across regions around,no rules to follow.Second,the spread of the new college entrance examination reform policy in China empirically,the influential factors of thought spread mainly by economic development level,area,the central,provincial pressure signal and professional study the effects of five factors,including internal factors in economic development level and the external factors in the central,provincial pressure signal and professional research on diffusion of new college entrance examination reform policy,the area size and negatively correlated with policy diffusion rate.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,combining the theory of policy diffusion mechanism,found that the spread of the new college entrance examination reform policy in China is mandatory administrative instructions and local fruit,policy of absorbing experience of imitation and public pressure four social mechanism is the result of joint action,they spread to explain the policy behind the logic.
