Research On The Development And Countermeasures Of Football Characteristic Schools In Yichun City

Football is the favorite sport of the majority of young people,and it is known as the first sport in the world.In recent years,the party and the state have attached gre at importance to football.In 2009,the competent departments of sports and educatio n jointly issued the notice on the Development of National Youth Campus Football a ctivities,and adopted the General Plan of Chinese Football Reform in 2015.it provi des policy guarantee and support for the development of football in our country.If y ou want to strengthen China,you must strengthen teenagers.If you want to strengthe n Chinese football,you must strengthen youth football.If China wants to become a f ootball power,it must start with teenagers.The school with campus football characte ristics is an important base for training football talents,and the national competent d epartment is far-sighted and targeted.It has also promulgated a number of relevant d ocuments and policies to popularize and encourage the development of campus foot ball activities throughout the country,which not only points out the direction for the construction of campus football characteristic schools,but also provides policy guar antee.In order to implement the relevant requirements of the party and the state for th e training of youth football talents,the Yichun Municipal Party Committee and Mun icipal Government attach great importance to the construction of campus football ch aracteristic schools and vigorously carry out campus football activities.by 2016,34 primary and secondary schools in Yichun have been identified as "national youth ca mpus football characteristic schools",and Shanggao County of Yichun City has bee n identified as the "national youth football pilot county".How are the 34 football characteristic schools in cities,counties and districts bu ilt,what methods and ways are used to promote and complete the work,how are the achievements achieved,what are the successful experiences,and what are the restric tive factors? With the purpose of this study,an investigation was conducted on the or ganization and leadership,condition guarantee,education,teaching,training and co mpetition of 34 campus football schools in Yichun.The football coaches and school leaders of 34 campus football characteristic schools in Yichun and the leaders of Yic hun Education Bureau and County and District Education Bureau conducted on-thespot visits and telephone interviews with the use of questionnaires and logical analys is.the successful experience and restrictive factors of football activities in campus fo otball characteristic schools are studied,and the present situation of football activitie s in 34 campus football characteristic schools in Yichun is reported.And put forward appropriate improvement countermeasures to guide the orderly development of cam pus football.The conclusions of the research and analysis are as follows:1.The government attaches great importance to it,the policy is scientific and re asonable,and the implementation measures need to be refined.2.Plan to invest funds to ensure reasonable use,and investment efforts need to be strengthened.3.The management system is perfect,the concept has changed significantly,an d the school management organization needs to be mature.4.The structure of teachers is reasonable,the teaching experience is rich,and th e technical capital needs to be optimized.5.Football equipment is adequate,venues and facilities are complete,and the a verage area per student needs to be improved.6.Compiling school-based teaching materials,attaching importance to curricul um construction,and teaching contents need to be optimized.7.To promote football culture and enhance football awareness,publicity efforts need to be strengthened.8.The teaching methods are various,the teaching efficiency is high,and the tea ching methods need to be innovated.Through the analysis and research on the present situation of the development of campus football characteristic schools in Yichun,this paper puts forward the follo wing countermeasures to improve the development of campus football in Yichun foo tball characteristic schools.1.Improve the theoretical level,refine the implementation measures,and enhan ce the ability of leadership and implementation.2.Increase the investment of funds,broaden the channels of funds,and use fina ncial and private funds.3.Strengthen organizational management,improve the management system,an d promote management and system construction.4.Strengthen the construction of teachers,introduce external and internal trainin g at the same time,and improve the quality and teaching ability.5.Speed up the construction of the site,improve the teaching conditions,and ex pand the site and use area.6.Optimize the teaching content,deepen the teaching reform,and actively devel op and compile teaching materials.7.Strengthen publicity,innovate publicity methods,and promote football and fo otball culture.8.Innovate teaching methods,stimulate desire for knowledge,improve physiqu e and football skills.
