Basic education is a major national strategy,and the revitalization of primary education is a basic project.Under such background,the construction of elementary school teachers ranks is particularly important,and the pre-job training of elementary school teachers has gradually become a hot research object.A large number of studies have shown that the pre-job training of primary school teachers is still in the development stage,affected and restricted by various factors,the training effect is not ideal,and the development is relatively slow.Therefore,studying the influencing factors of primary school teachers’ pre-job training has very important practical significance to promote the development of teachers’ pre-job training.This study takes Yuelu District of Changsha City as the research sample,and selects 12 primary school teachers who have participated in pre-job training as the research object.The literature method is used to study the relevant literature and policy texts of pre-job training for teachers at home and abroad.The interview method and rooted theory are used to help NVivo11 qualitative analysis software to process and analyze the interview materials and discuss the influencing factors of pre-job training for elementary school teachers.The results show that the pre-job training of teachers is mainly affected and restricted by four factors:one is the training arrangement;the other is the leadership style;the third is the teacher factor;the fourth is the system construction.Based on four factors,a model of influencing factors of pre-job training for elementary school teachers is constructed,and the relationship between them is discussed.The study found that these influencing factors have restricted the development of pre-job training for teachers to a certain extent.On this basis,in order to improve the effectiveness of pre-job training for elementary school teachers,improve the overall quality of the teaching staff.This study proposes countermeasures for optimizing pre-job training for elementary school teachers in four categories: first,optimizing training arrangements;second,improving leadership;third,activating teachers’ awareness of training;fourth,strengthening pre-job training system construction.
