Research On The Development Of Social Enterprises' Participation In Social Pension Service Industry In China

With the progress of the times,the improvement of economy,the rapid development of medical level,the renewal and transformation of human ideas,the low birth rate all over the world,accompanied by the development of low mortality,the contradiction brought about by the problem of population aging will become more and more prominent.The aging of population is the inevitable result of historical development,but also marks the fact that the social pension task is gradually heavy.In the context of the reality that the whole world is facing this problem,the problem of population aging in China is more significant,and the task of social pension is more arduous.In China's current pension services,home-based care is the main body,pension institutions are the auxiliary,non-profit organizations and commercial enterprises in the pension market are the supplement,and the government plays a fundamental role.As a new social force,social enterprises,while pursuing the sustainability of economic benefits,can use its business model to support the operation of enterprises to participate in pension services,so as to achieve the unity of economic and social benefits.Based on the aging of population in China,this study takes the task of social pension service in China as the starting point,selects social enterprises as the emerging partner of pension service called by the public,and explores their participation in the social pension service industry.In order to better understand the current situation of China's pension service industry,this study queries and summarizes a large number of relevant literature,which provides strong theoretical support for the writing of subsequent papers.Secondly,by means of systematic analysis,case study and comparative study,on the one hand,it explores the current situation of social enterprises' participation in the social pension service industry in the whole environment of our country from a macro perspective;on the other hand,it analyzes the specific typical cases from a micro perspective,analyzes the development problems and reasons;on the other hand,it makes a comparative summary This paper summarizes the experience of social enterprises such as the United Kingdom in participating in social pension services,and draws some suggestions for reference.Finally,according to the idea of cooperative governance theory,and based on the specific case background,this paper puts forward some developmental countermeasures to promote the participation of social enterprises in the social pension service industry in the new era.
