In recent years,the rapid development of national economic strength,more and more investment in the field of scientific research,along with the Internet and computer and other information technology in the field of scientific research management applications,for the university's scientific research management also from the original basic data management to data service management,and the effective means to achieve management reform is the mining application of scientific research data,this thesis will be through the university scientific research data mining service platform design and realization,a strong push to promote the full use of scientific research data and effective transformation,Therefore,it has obvious application value and great practical significance.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and trend of the technical development of scientific research management,discusses the significance of establishing a scientific research data management platform based on data mining technology,expounds the relevant data mining theory and realization technology,analyzes the necessity of establishing the scientific research data mining service platform,completes the corresponding system functional requirements analysis and non-functional analysis on the basis of the design goal of the scientific research data mining service platform,and determines the overall framework design of the system.The functional module of the system is defined,and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the more classical clustering algorithms K-means and K-medoids,the MRAPAM algorithm based on Map Reduce Is the Introduction of Ant Colony Optimization Is Completed.The results of MRAPAM algorithm mining are used for scientific research data mining service platform,and based on Hadoop distributed application platform,specifically using MVC three-tier architecture,webservice,j Query,Bootstrop and database technology,design and realize the service function module of scientific research data mining service platform including project funding data,scientific research achievement data,talent team data,scientific research platform data,etc.The paper tests the performance of THE MRAPAM algorithm and the platform performance realized,designs the system test case according to the service function module,completes the detailed system test of the scientific research data mining service platform,and the results of the system operation test show that the scientific research data mining service platform achieves the design goals and requirements,effectively improves the efficiency of scientific research management in colleges and universities,and enhances the core competitiveness of scientific research in colleges and universities.
