The Ministry of Education sports health and art education department secretary wang dengfeng in "on deepening teaching fusion body Opinion " to promote the development of adolescent health after the printing of the scio said at a news conference in order to ensure the students to master sports skills,physical education homework will become the future trend,to cut down the literacy class homework,add in physical education homework.Physical education homework has become the focus of public opinion,and its implementation is on the way.Physical education homework helps students to consolidate the teaching content of P.E.class and promote their development of "knowing,feeling and doing".While increasing the communication opportunities between parents and students,it also promotes the contact opportunities between students and community members;At the same time of consolidating physical education classroom knowledge,enhance the emotion of students,parents and community personnel;At the same time of cultivating students' good morality such as unity and cooperation,it will further promote students' all-round and healthy development.In this study,quantitative research was used to explore the influence of physical education homework based on Health-based physical education curriculum concept on children's physical literacy.This research adopts the quantitative research approach,combining theory with practice,using a variety of methods study based on the concept of Health-Based Physical Education(HBPE)course PE extracurricular homework on children's Physical Literacy and the effect of concrete including children physical ability,daily behavior,knowledge and understanding,motivation and confidence to the change of the four Physical Literacy dimensions.The main research method in this research is the experimental method.The children from Class 4 and Class 5 of Shanghai Siyuan Middle School are selected as the experimental subjects,among which 38 children(21girls and 17 boys)from preparatory class 4 were selected as the experimental group,and 37 children(18 girls and 19 boys)from preparatory class 5 were selected as the control group.For the experimental group,the intervention of PE homework based on the Health-Based Physical Education curriculum concept was carried out for 12 weeks.For the control group,regular PE homework intervention was carried out.Before the intervention,the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy second edition(CAPL-2)was examined and selected as the measurement tool,this tool is suitable for children ages 8 to 12.For the pretest data of the two groups,SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to carry out the test.The results showed that there was no significant difference in physical literacy between the experimental group and the control group,indicating that the subjects met the conditions of the intervention experiment.Through the12-week intervention experiment,the post-test data of children in the experimental group and the control group were tested,and the following results were obtained:(1)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the total dimension of physical literacy and physical ability;(2)In the experimental group,there were significant differences in the total dimensions of physical literacy,physical ability,daily behavior,knowledge and understanding.There were significant differences in the total dimension of physical literacy,physical ability dimension and daily behavior dimension in the control group;(3)In addition to the physical ability dimension,the total physical literacy dimension,daily behavior dimension,knowledge and understanding dimension,motivation and confidence dimension all showed that the average performance of girls improved more;(4)The12-week physical education homework intervention based on the concept of Health-Based Physical Education curriculum had little improvement on children's overall knowledge and understanding as well as motivation and confidence;(5)PACER and plank posttest improved significantly for male students,while CAMSA test showed no gender difference;(6)The posttest data of average daily steps did not show gender difference,and the posttest data of MVPA of female students improved more significantly;(7)After intervention,the improvement of all dimensions of physical literacy of children in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.To sum up,this research explored based on the concept of Health-Based Physical Education Curriculum of P.E.homework influence on children's physical literacy,and value based on the concept of Health-Based Physical Education Curriculum of P.E.homework,homework decorate should more targeted and based on the concept of Health-Based Physical Education Curriculum advice homework content,in order to under the concept of Health-Based Physical Education Curriculum of P.E.homework way to promote students' physical literacy.
