Etiquette Action Similarity Evaluation Based On Posture Recognition

At present,more and more vocational colleges set up etiquette classes.In etiquette class,the traditional action teaching is taught face-to-face by teachers and students,but a small number of high-quality teachers and a large number of students are not equal.In order to solve this problem,this paper applies computer vision technology,deep learning technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to action teaching,puts forward a method of evaluating the similarity of etiquette action,and realizes the etiquette teaching evaluation system.The teacher can set standard etiquette action video and evaluation standard through the system,the student can learn independently through the system,and get feedback in real time,it improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching.Firstly,This paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on posture recognition and similarity calculation,and introduces the posture recognition based on Open Pose,the method of video key frame extraction and the theoretical method of similarity evaluation.Secondly,a method based on three-frame difference and MSE extraction of etiquette video keyframe is proposed,and the three-frame difference and clustering algorithm are compared.Thirdly,a method for evaluating the similarity of action for etiquette teaching is proposed,which includes etiquette feature extraction,similarity calculation and fraction calculation,and by comparing the similarity of different postures,the result show that the method is more feasible than the European distance.Finally,the etiquette action evaluation system is developed,which is the application of etiquette keyframe extraction method and etiquette action similarity evaluation method,which can be used for etiquette action teaching.The etiquette action evaluation system realized in this paper can realize the evaluation of the user's action standard,provide reference for the user's independent learning,thus realizing the auxiliary teaching and solving the problem of the lack of high-quality teachers' resources.In addition,the method and the system for evaluating the similarity of etiquette action proposed in this paper are helpful to the construction of other action teaching evaluation and system.
